Our Mate

Alex POV

Watching my mate run off was the worst thing in my life. My wolf was so angry at our father for letting this happen. I knew if my mate showed her wolf to her father it would be a bad thing. Poor Zoey was trying to run from him. Showing him the very thing he craves would send him into a rage and I knew that. My father didn't and I never had time to even tell him. In anger I stormed out following her scent. I could hear my father and her father coming after me and I ignored them. At the edge of the forest was torn clothes. She had shifted. I had to find her first. In a matter of seconds I was in my wolf and chasing her scent.

Soon I found her naked form in the middle of a clearing. Quickly I shifted back and ran over to pick her up. She was unconscious and shivering. Looking around frantically I found a small cabin and took her inside. Thankfully the door was unlocked and the fire was on. I moved her to the fire place and wrapped the first blanket I could find around us.

"A bit strange to see a young man with my Zoey." A voice said from out of no where. I about jumped out of my skin. Looking behind me I saw an older lady standing in the door way with a smile and a cane. "My name is Freydis. I'm zoey's grandmother. Don't be alarmed I know of her wolf. And desire to leave." She said walking around to the couch and sitting down with a huff. "Ah. You are her mate. That makes sense now. But why is she here like this?"

"Her father told my father she was wolfless I'm the future alpha of my pack. He said if she proved she wasn't wolfless then she could come and be by Luna but if not.... she would come and be a figure in my pack. She ran off and shifted I think but I found her unconscious." Her grandmother got on the floor and moved the blanket. Putting her hand on zoeys chest, her grandmother said a few words in a strange language. Then Zoey stopped shivering and snuggled up against me as if she knew he was there.

"She will be fine. They will be here soon." Her grandmother gets up and throws some clothes at me. "Get dressed and her dressed." She leaves out the front door to wait and I get us dressed. It was a big easy to dress her as it was a white night gown. I picked her up and walked out the front door the second I could smell my father's scent. Once outside my father and brother along with her father and brother were in wolf form at the edge of the clearing. They shifted back and ran to us angry. My father was not angry with zoey or me though I could tell. He held no anger when looking at us only her father.

"I believe you. I don't need to see her wolf to know what clothes look like after a shift." My father said and walked over to me. "She will make a fine Luna." Putting a hand on my shoulder.

"No!" Her father bellows out of nowhere. "She tricked you some how. She has seen other people shift. She probably had those packed away." I let out a growl and handed zoey's unconscious body to my father. He took her softly and held her close as my brother walked next to me.

"If you ever call my mate and future Luna a liar again you will never see the next full moon. I promise you that. She is coming with us and I hope your son makes a better alpha than you some day." I say making sure to look over and smile at her brother. He seems to like his sister so I can only hope he has a better heart than his father.

"This is outrageous. You are just going to take her without her consent?" I had to keep my cool in case she woke up.

"She told me otherwise you piece of shit." I baited him and he took it. Punching me square in the nose. My brother went to defend me but I put up my hand. "No. We will not snoop to his level. But if you ever touch me or my mate again you will not have hands. Have a good day sir." I looked over to her brother who was now angry with his father. "Please have her stuff sent to my pack house as soon as you are able. You will be the sole person able to visit her. Please do so." I say and he nods understanding without needing to say so.

I walk back over and scoop up my mate who begins to stir at being moved again. I look down and her eyes flutter open. I softly move some hair out of her face and smile down at her. "My Luna. You're okay." I say before pulling her up for a soft kiss. Gods once she was better I was going to tear her apart. She was mine and everyone was going to know soon. "I'm taking you home" she smiles watching my lips since her implants got lost. I'm not sure if she has back ups but I will learn sign just for her. She is my everything in this world.

We walk out of the woods and my father and brother are quickly covered with cloaks by our guards. Through the mind link my father told them to meet us and that way nobody would see them. I got into the back seat with zoey and placed her next to me. But she just climbed back into my lap. My father and brother rode in the other car and so I decided to take advantage of this moment. Rolling up the black divider in the car I then planted a kiss on my mates next. Right where my mark would go. I could feel her react and she started to move her hips slowly. Fully arousing me. I growled and even if she couldn't hear it, Zoey could feel it being that close. She gasped and i looked at her but she just smiled. I growled again and then buried my face into the crock of her neck. Slowly licking the spot for my mark. Then I bared my teeth and bit the spot. I would mark her right now in this car. She moaned and leaned in closer till our body's were touching.

We ended up having s*x in the car right there. Multiple times while marking each other. The marks would be raw after we finished so I was going to clean hers off for her. Once we fished both of us we're breathing heavily. I quickly pulled out some water from the fridge in the car and gave it to her first. She drank at least half the bottle and I chuckled. Taking it only after she gave it to me I finished the rest of it. Grabbing another and a towel. I wet the towel and begain to clean her off. And slowly cleaned her fresh mark. It was a blood Cresent moon since I'm the future alpha of the Blood Cresent pack. I couldn't wait to see what mine looked like.

She sat up and looked at my mark smiling a little bit. I put one hand on her cheek and lifted her face to look at me. "What does it look like my luna?" I asked her. She smiled and moved some hair out of my face. Cheeky.

"It looks like a bunch of tiny stars. Like a galaxy." I smiled and cupped her face in my hands after putting the towel down.

"You are the most gorgeous thing to walk this earth. Teach me sign when we get home." Home. Her new home. Our home. Goddess that was great to say. I could wait to tell Zoey about our saying in our pack. The galaxy holds the world. Cherish it. Not really a prophecy more of a saying to look out for everyone not just yourself.
