Chapter 5: Road to Celest

After that day, Hanayuki and I decided to move to the next city with a clue about the red robe general. While I'm on my way. the black cat who always deliver messages to me appeared.
"Woah! What is that? Is that pet Ren?"
Asked Hanayuki.
"It's not my pet, and why you're following me. My mission is dangerous for a little kid like you."
"I'm not a little kid, I'm 17 years old. I am an adult you know. A girl in marriageable age."
I started to look toward Hanayuki with a skeptic expression.
"Eh! You don't believe me? here the proof of my age."
Hanayuki presented her adventurer card to me and read that what she told me is true.
I look back to Hanayuki and said:
"This isn't forged right?"
"Lightning Punch! Have a little trust in you're companion idiot."
She lightning punched me again.
"Since, when you officially became my companion."
"Yesterday, I guess."
This girl surely started to become a pain in the ass.
I stand up and sigh. I turn my glance to the cat with a delivery bag. I took the letter from the bag and after that, the black cat disappeared.
That cat is called the messenger cat and it's own by someone who is in pursuit of the red robe terrorist like myself.
In this world, not only I have anger with them.
I decided to do it alone because. I wanted to kill the general with my own hands.
"The next stop is far one, the city of Celest, a captain of the red robe terrorist is making chaos... I need to go faster but there's no train toward Celest City."
I muttered.
"Celest you mean that a city floating in the water of Danes. I knew a route toward there, I got there before."
"Really then tell me."
"Nope, I'm not going to tell you because going to kill again."
Said Hanayuki and look away.
This stupid girl. I walked toward getting and stretch her cheeks.
"Tell me! Tell me!"
I said.
"I won't."
She surely is a pain.
I free her from my assault and said:
"Okay, I won't kill that evil man... Just tell me, this is very serious to me."
"Really?"
"Yep really."
"Really really really."
"Yeah."
"Really really really really really."
"I said it dammit! I said I won't kill him. I will just beat him up and put him to jail this time."
I said to Hanayuki with a raged expression.
"That' good to hear, because when I saw you killed that guy I will lightning punch you."
Said Hanyuki with a serious tone.
Looking back Hanyuki told me about her magic is amazing. Hanayuki is a lightning mage and able to use lightning powers.
Some reason her cuteness and ability make me remind of a cute electric mouse in kids animation.
"Why you're staring with me? Are you seeing me as a woman?"
"Not a chance."

Hanayuki told me about the shortest way to get there.
She said that one of her friends made a safe point to that city, her friend is currently living in the town near Stella.
Looking to the map. I believe that the town is called Flores.
In just a few minutes we arrive at the town of Flores.
"Now, where is a friend."
As we enter the gate.
Hanayuki waves her hand to a certain girl.
"Seya! Seya! I'm back!"
Seya girl with weapons in her hand. Her hair is black and her eyes were green. his pretty but her body seems ripped.
"Oh! it's Hanayuki... I thought you're on a journey, what happened? Oh, you're back with a man? It disappoints me that his weak-looking, but don't tell me it's your boyfriend?."
Asked Seya.
"He's not my boyfriend and I'm here for a request."
"Request?"
Hanayuki then explains the details. To Seya by saying that we have a joint mission in the referred City.
"A mission huh? But I was told that the city of Celest is now in chaos. They said a powerful mage is there and taking over the city. Pithon is the name I think."
Pithon, I heard its name before it's a man with snake ability he is big and wears a mask. I don't know his ability but I believe that there nothing my flames can burn.
As long as my sword gets through. It's my win.
"What wrong with you're companion Hanayuki, his eye's are sharp."
"Don't worry about that this man just has a habit."
"What a weird man? Since I was in debt to you I think I'll use my teleportation magic to bring you to the nearest place toward that city of chaos. Also, be careful Hanayuki. Stand up and stand here."
Said Seya.
She opened a magic circle.
"Thank you for help Seya-san. I appreciate it."
"I see you're quite thankful... Stay still, Teleport!"
After the blinding light from the magic circle, Hanayuki and I was transported.
The city of Celest is floating in the water that means we're teleport in.
Hanayuki and I teleported to the sea.
"What's wrong with that lady?"
I said.
"Hanayuki! Hanayuki!"
"Ren help I can't swim. Gwaaaaahhhhh..."
Hanayuki said as she sinks little by little.
"Hanayuki!"
I rushed to Hanyuki and save her. I rushed and swim to the nearest sand island.
The sand island is so small Hanayuki is the only one able to lay down.
Hanayuki and I were transported to the sea. What the hell is that woman thinking?
Hanayuki wakes up and takes out the seawater nearly drink.
"Salty..."
She looks toward me and said:
"Ren don't be angry with her... This high tide I remember back then this place has a wide sand island. This small sand island in high tide may be a part of the sand island in low tide."
"I guess I will forgive her. To be honest she really helps. look at the city in front of us is the city of Celest. I can easily fulfill my mission now."
I reply as I look at the massive ship like the city.

I can feel something chaotic will happen to this city as I enter it.
