1. Write down Ideas
A new "medicine" is developed in Germany, It gives people superpowers.
The government uses it in secret, isolating the entire city that was affected by " natural disasters".
A ninth-grader and her friend are trapped on a bus when she was on a school trip and an earthquake destroys the city.
2. Laura and Halt are ninth-graders at a prestigious school. They are childhood friends that study in the same class and school. On their last school trip before high school, they were going to a remote small town, in the mountains. But the bus crash when an earthquake takes all over the city.
When Laura wakes up, Halt and half of the class are gone, including all grown-ups. Laura team up with her classmates to explore the now ruined city and try to find help. They find some man well-dressed with different government emblems, but when they ask for help, all the man does is try to offer them "medicine".
When they try to go out of the city, they find a lot of those men that won't let them go out. As they became aware that it is all a trap, they start to search for food and shelter. Some of them decide to go with the government man, and others insist on trying to go out to their families.
Laura and more than four classmates built their base and fight against other people who trapped for food and water. Slowly they discover that some of the people who go with the men never come back or become one more man recruiting. They also discovered that all those men have incredible powers. When it becomes more and more difficult to resist the super-powerful people, Laura's gang chooses to finally follow one of those men.
3. Scenen1:
Laura is impatient, she eagerly taps her finger on the bus window as she imagines her home's lawn, her cat, the sun, and all the free time she wants. All two days away. But when she looks out the window, the fading landscape shows that the physical distance gets bigger and bigger.
A hand touches her back.
-Hey, how about enjoying the tour for a change? -Says the boy sitting behind her.
-A change? You know me better than that.- Laura says, taking the boy's hand from her shoulder.
-Serious? Is it still the little six-year-old girl who had never set foot outside the backyard? - The boy says making exaggerated gestures.
Laura looks at Halt, smiling.
If you say it like that, you're still the rich boy who kept yelling down the street, "My daddy can pay for it!" - Laura retorts with even more exaggerated gestures.
One of the classmates sitting in front of the boys turns into the back seat and says auto for the whole class to hear. -Look, Halt and Laura are flirting again! - Laughter and murmurs are heard from all corners of the bus.
-Please Ben, this one got old in the sixth grade.- Laura says rolling her eyes.
-Silence back there! -Screams the authoritative voice of the teacher.
The murmurs subside, just a little, but at the teacher's furious look everyone suddenly shuts up.
Ben sighs and speaks melancholy.
- This was the perfect trip! Why did you have to choose Frau Schere? -
Halt shrugs and responds by leaning back against the bench. - It was to be expected that. . . - He doesn't finish the sentence. A noise coming from all sides of things breaking apart makes everyone on the bus catch their breath. The bus stops. The noise continues, the earth begins to shake. The silence is broken by frightened murmurs.
-Everyone will remain calm, everything is. . .- Frau Schere doesn't finish the sentence either, at least Laura doesn't listen anymore, it's all dark.
