Chapter Four

Attica woke up in a strange place. She was in a room with a bunch of beds with nothing but women on them. She did not remember how she got there. She tried to think and remembers going to the bar and having a few drinks but that is all she remembers. She gets up and looks around trying to find out where she is. There are no signs or anything telling her where she is. She tries to find her phone but she can not find it. It's gone. What happened and where is she? 

Another girl next to her looks at her and says, " I guess you are the new one. My name is Madison. I have been here for what seems like years. I will introduce you to the life of it. I can answer any questions that you may have. What is your name?" Attica looked at her puzzled. "My name is Attica. Where are we and what is this place?" "None of us can figure out where we are but I can tell you that there is no way out of it. I have seen everyone come in but no one ever leaves. All I can say is it's a place. Come and I will show you around." Madison gets up and holds out her hand to Attica. 

Attica takes her hand and they walk out the door. There is a pier and they continue to walk in silence. They get to a*****e. They walk in. It is like a grocery store. Attica walks around looking at what looks like cameras everywhere. She walks around hoping to find Jasper or someone she knows. Madison looks at Attica. "Look, you are not going to find a way out. You are stuck here like everyone else. I don't know where this place is but you will never leave. Just walk around and grab what you want." Attica looks at Madison in shock. "Grab what I want? There are cameras all around. That is stealing. What about money?" "Oh, you don't need that here. We just grab what we want and leave back to our room. The cameras are just to watch you to make sure that you don't try anything stupid or start anything."

Attica keeps walking. She sees a man that looks like Jasper. She runs to him and hugs him. The guy looks at her in concern. "Who are you? And why are you hugging me?" Attica looks at him. It's not Jasper but someone that looks like him. "I'm sorry I thought you were my best friend." "Is he important to you?" Attica thought for a moment. "Yes, he is my best friend and the love of my life. He asked me to marry him and I hadn't give him an answer yet. It's complicated." "Then why are you here? It sounds to me that you love him and want to be with him. If that is so, why are you here?" "I don't know. I don't know where here is? I do love him. All I remember is I went to a bar for a few drinks and then woke up here." He looked puzzled. "Only you can change your life and change your life to what you want. If you want your best friend then you need to go to him and tell him." "How do I do that when I do not even know where 'here' is?" "I can not tell you what you already know. You will get the answers you need soon enough. Everything will be revealed to you in time. Please go before you get me in trouble with my job." 

Attica was puzzled with what he said. 'Everything will be revealed in time.' What does that mean? She did not know where she was or anything. This all just seemed like a dream. A dream that she will never wake up from. She grabbed the things she wanted and then found Madison. She told Madison what happened and Madison got scared. "Do not do that again. You are not allowed to touch or talk to the workers. That could get you and them in trouble. Please promise me you will not do that again. They are not to talk to you nor you talk to them." Madison continued walking with Attica back to the room. Attica was so puzzled by everything. What was this place and where was she? She needs to get back to her life before its too late and she looses everything. 

Attica sat down on the bed and ate. She ended up falling asleep. When she woke up, it was the next day. Something was different. She was pregnant. She was a virgin. How is this possible? She looked for Madison but she was alone in a room by herself. These women kept coming in and out of her room checking on her. Attica was in pain. Pain she has never felt before. She did not understand any of this. She tried to ask and the woman stopped in her tracks. She looked at Attica and said, "Do you not understand what is going on? You are in labor. Your son is going to be born." Attica was puzzled. "What are you talking about? I am a virgin. I have never had s*x. I woke up pregnant and you are telling me that 'my son' is going to be born? How is this possible? I don't understand what is going on with this." 

The lady looked at her shocked. She then shut her mouth and ran out of the room. The lady ran to a man who owns this place. She looked at him and stated, "How can you have a virgin pregnant? That is the worst thing that you could do. She doesn't know what is going on and now you are taking away her virginity with her having a baby." He looked at her, "This plan is for a reason and will all make since in the end. Do not ever question my judgement again. Now go take care of her. And do not talk to her anymore. Do you understand?" "Yes sir." She held her head down and walked away back to Attica. 

Attica was in the room screaming in pain. The lady came in the room and gave her to medicine that made her fall asleep. When she woke up, she was sitting there holding her son. She was really confused and lost but the only thing that she knew was that she had a beautiful baby boy somehow and she loved him beyond the world. The lady came in and took the baby from Attica. "You need to rest. You have been through a lot. Your body needs to rest. We will take care of your son, Boyd." Attica fell back asleep. The lady was right she was tired and went through a lot.
