The sunrise on such a average Thursday morning. The bright yellow orange and pink among the clouds with a brisk feel in the air. Lexi was off in space thinking of all things need to done in the next as it was going to be her daughters 18th birthday. Under a full spring moon. Lexi had been planning this party for over a year. She was worried and excited Avendra would be her true Fae and would come out and she could find her mate. Lexi was so deep in thought and party planning she didn’t even realize she was going to be late work or that Avendra had walked in to the room. She announced her presence by clearing her throat loadly. Startling her mother from her thoughts. Smiling gently down at her Avendra hugged her mother whispering that she was now late for school and needed to be dropped off. Lexi snapping out of her bag thoughts hearing this quickly changed clothes grabbed coffee and rushed her daughter to the car. After dropping her daughter at school it was off to work nearly an hour late. It will take almost all day to get caught up on work. Normally she would be an hour early for work looking like a hot mess make her rounds then hang out in her assistance desk the rest of the day but this week is going to long and difficult. Meeting meeting and more meetings as all corners of the kingdom would be sendings leaders and speakers in and out. Instead of a hot mess she looked the part of corporate ceo of a large shipping company to the Normies and Queen to all the Fae. Nails filed sharp hair long black and full of volume. Her overly bubbly blonde Assistant jumping up to greet her. With a freash cup of coffee and her list of scheduled meetings for the day as they step inside to go. The body guards look more like the people being protected rather then their king. Silently nodding while reading through her papers not even phased by his charm like Layla was almost drooling everywhere over them. Finally after a few painful silent minutes a load ding sounded to get off. The body guards and Layla exited first. McCrane gestured to doors as he slid to side smoothly saying beauty befor beast glinting at Lexi heading to the conference room. Entering in the room Lexi was putting her hair up in a professional bun. Leader from all Fae realm where already seated waiting as she took here’s. They had all gathered to discuss birthday party plans and the yearly mate run. This year would be changed to all all Fae as the princess could take on any Fae form or be hybrid when she takes her transformation under the super moon. But she sat there tapping her nails on table in contemplation when it occurred to her, no one had actually asked like they normally do every year how oddly strange. It was as if he knew, or made it to where he was the only one to ask this annoyed her even more her lovely black hair now seemed to be a bright red flame, making him granite only even bigger just then Layla stumbled in, straightening her blonde hair back up into a ponytail, which looked very frizzy and Messy! She was excited and wanted to hear everything it helped the day pass swapping stories normally but usually it was Lexi talking, and now it was time for Layla to spill all the beans before they knew it. They had missed three meetings, and the day was now over. Leaving out of the building the rest of the day seemed to go kind of according to plan with some more apology emails finally dark in time for bed Lexi was wore out and was hoping to finally get some sleep getting into her silk nightgown and climbing into her bed and drifting slowly off to sleep. How am I going to sleep tonight I need rest. Maybe if I take wolfs Bain mixed with silver be for bed? She decided to see the doctor for some advice. Going in the clans medical office was across the property by its self in its own facility. Taking the 20 min walk she finally arrived at a tall boring grey building.
