Chapter 6: Secret Revealed Part 1

Haru's POV

Last night! I waited for Aoi because she told me that it's our Horror Movie Night.

Of course when she arrived i'm already sleeping in my room.

After our last argument. Aoi never sleep in my room again. She is so used of sleeping in the couch now.

When I woke up that morning! I realized that just like before. Aoi just fell asleep without even eating and taking a bath.

I tried waking her up since she has a job today. But it seems like she has a very high fever.

I don't know what to do because I'm a guy so I decided to call Hikari for assistance. Thank God she's free today.

*After 10 minutes. Hikari Arrived.*

Hikari: OMG! Her fever is so high. Can you carry her to your bed. It's better if she sleeps comfortably so she can recover fast.

Haru: Sure!

When I carry her. Her body is so warm and very light.

Hikari: Just lay her down slowly.

Haru: Ok! *Lays Aoi down in my bed*

Hikari: Can you get a small towel and water with many Ice.

Haru: Sure!

Hikari: Also if you have some Cold Packs. Get it too.

I move as fast as I can since I still needs to go to work.

Haru: Here it is!

Hikari: Now get out of here now. I can take care of her.

Haru: Are you sure?

Hikari: Who do you think am I? Just go and don't worry about your girl.

Haru: She's not my girl. You know who I truly am.

Hikari: I don't think your still the old you Haru!

Haru: Shut up Hikari! You are wrong.

Hikari: Really??

I left after that. I know we just act in front of Aoi before but right now Hikari is literally getting on my nerves just because she knows my deepest secrets.

Hikari's POV

I am taking care of Aoi right now. Her fever is so high. I can see why Haru is so worried about her. I feel like Haru is falling in love with Aoi!

Haru's secret might just became a lie when Aoi realized that Haru and i are just pretending to be friends with her.

After some time. I realized that I need to call her boss or one of her coworker to report to them Aoi is sick for today.

I decided to call her boss.

Dan's POV

It seems like Aoi is late for today. Her Section Boss told me.

While thinking about were she is or what happened to her this time. I received a call from her but it's not actually her.

Dan: Hello! Aoi?

Hikari: Hello! This is not Aoi! I am one of her friends.

Dan: Where is she then?

Hikari: She has a very high fever today. I'm just calling to report to you that she's not absent for no reason.

Dan: Oh Is she alright?

Hikari: Don't worry about her. I am taking care of her. I'm so glad I am free today.

Dan: If that's really is the case then, thank you for telling me about this. I'm gonna tell her Section Boss that she is excuse for today.

Hikari: Thanks! I gotta go now. She just woke up and she said she need some water.

Dan: Ok then. Please take good care of her.

Hikari: I will! Don't worry!

Whoever that girl is she hung up after that. I really hope Aoi is ok. If only I know where she lives.

Gumi's POV

I am Matsui Gumi! Junya's Girlfriend. Today I decided to surprise Junya while his at his part time job. This is the first time that I'm gonna see him while working. He told me not to do this many times but I still wanna do it. Just in case.

When I arrived at his part time job. He seems to not be there. His Boss says he left as soon as possible.

I wonder what's happened and where he is right now.

Junya's POV.

Today, while I was working at my Part Time Job. Someone called me that Aoi has a very high fever today. She said, she called me because my name in her phone is labelled as "Bestfriend Junya". It hurts that I just got friend zoned by her again but at least because of it I know what is happening to her right now.

I quickly buys her some medicine she needs and some food that she really likes and then go to the address that the girl told me.

When I arrived to her apartment. The girl with her quickly opened the door for me.

Hikari: Thank you for coming! My name is Hikari! One of her friend.

Junya: Nice to meet you Hikari! I am Junya. Her former High School Classmate.

Hikari: Nice to meet you too Junya! You can come in now. She's upstairs.

Junya: Thanks! By the way I buy this for her. There is also some medicine there.

Hikari: Great! Since I can't find any medicine here in their apartment. I only used a towel with water and Ice in it. To wipe her body to make her fever go down. Then I just put cold packs on her after that. She woke up earlier but she's sleeping again now.

Junya: Wait! She's living with someone? I thought she's living alone?

Hikari: Is that what she told you?

Junya: Yes!

Hikari: Well I hate to tell you this but she's always living with someone since she started working.

Junya: Who is it?

Hikari: Aoi told me that since she does not have time to look for an Apartment of her own. She decided to accept the offer of someone she just met while waiting if she is chosen by the other company she eventually rejected because of its ridiculous offer to her. Apparently some of the applicants bullies her at that time. My friend Haru happens to be there also for the same reason and see Aoi getting bullied by other applicants. He helped her deal with her Bullies so that they will leave her Alone. It actually works.

Junya: So she's living with a guy?

Hikari: Yes! A guy that she just met before but you don't have to worry about him falling for her. He's a different species.

Junya: What do you mean?

Hikari: He's actually GAY. That's his ultimate secret. Aoi thought we have a relationship before and I am Haru's EX but the truth is Haru just told me to pretend to be his girlfriend and now his ex-girlfriend so Aoi will never figure out that his GAY. hahaha...

Junya: Woah! That's bizarre.

Hikari: I know right. Let's go upstairs now.

Junya: Sure!

We went to the room where Aoi was. She is peacefully sleeping. About the guy that Hikari said though. Whoever that Haru is. I still didn't trust him. He's still a guy.

I stayed with Aoi and just looks at her till she woke up.

Aoi: E h.... Jun...ya?

Junya: Yes! Aoi! Do you want something?

Aoi: How did.... you know...where....I .... live?

Junya: Your friend Hikari told me.

Aoi: You...shouldn't....be here. Haru...will get mad... At ..me..

Junya: Don't worry! Your friend Hikari already told me about him.

Aoi: Rea..lly?

Junya: Don't worry, me being here doesn't mean he needs to know.

Aoi: O..k.. Can I... have.. some...water?

Junya: Sure! Here it is. Drink it with this medicine.

Aoi: Sure!

After Aoi takes her medicine she fell asleep again. I decided to leave her after that. So she could continue to rest without any nuisance.

Junya: Thank you for telling me to come here Hikari! At least now I know where lives.

Hikari: Please if you want to come over here. Make sure Haru is not around.

Junya: Why?

Hikari: Just do what I say. Haru just does not like strangers. That's all.

Junya: Ok then! By the way, you said his GAY. But, why do I feel like you like him?

Hikari: Well, he need to figured that out on his own. I always likes him even though he likes boys. He's just really special to me.

Junya: Aren't you jealous he's living with other girl?

Hikari: Not really! Maybe sometimes. He is very kind to all the girls he knows. I know many girls who told me how much they like him. They say what if one of us turn him into a real guy. Even though it is impossible.

Junya: It's possible if he suddenly fell in love with a girl.

Hikari: I think there's a high chance that he would fall for Aoi! Haru actually don't wanna leave Aoi earlier because she's very sick. He is so worried about her that he called me right away so I can take care of her while he's working.

Junya: I mean it's normal for someone to be worried about their roommate.

Hikari: You will understand what I mean when you actually saw them together.

Junya: I hope that is not the case.

Hikari: I hope so too.

Junya: Well, Let's just hope for the better outcome.

Hikari: Yeah! Totally!

Junya: I should probably go now. My girlfriend is probably waiting for me now.

Hikari: Girlfriend? I thought your single and you like Aoi.

Junya: Your right! I do like Aoi but, I can't just break up with my girlfriend just because I met my old crush again.

Hikari: So you like Aoi ever since you guys is in High School?

Junya: Yeah! It's just that at that time, I am so scared to tell her my feelings for her. She's only my classmate in my first year of High School so we never really talk again the next year's that's why I am so happy when I saw her again.

Hikari: Well, I think you should decide what you really want as soon as possible because you can hurt both of them.

Junya: Of course! I am not a cruel person. I will only decide on what's best for everyone.

Hikari: Good!

Junya: I should probably go now.

Hikari: Ok!

While I was getting ready to leave. For some reason, The guy that Hikari is talking about arrived.

Haru: Hikari! Who is that guy?

Hikari: His name is Junya. I told him to come here since he's Aoi's friend.

Haru: But, he's not supposed to be here Hikari! You know what my agreement with Aoi is.

Hikari: Your right but, Aoi needs more support. She's actually happy to see him.

Haru: He should leave now.

Junya: Don't worry Dude! I was just about to leave.

Haru: Then leave!!

Junya: Make sure you will not do anything weird just because Aoi is sick.

Haru: I am not that type of person.

Junya: I figured hahahaha.....

I left as soon as possible after that. That guy Haru is very suspicious. I need to come over to their house more.

While I was walking towards home. I realized who owned that apartment complex. It's literally owned by Fujiwara Corp. I hope that guy Daiji doesn't know she lives there. It will be bad for Aoi!

*Outside Haru and Aoi's Apartment*

Hikari's POV

Haru: Hikari! Did you tell him something about me?

Hikari: Nothing in particular.

Haru: What do you mean? You sound like your hiding something from me.

Hikari: Do I really sound like that? hahaha....

Haru: You did tell him something. Your laughing.

Hikari: Sorry! I think I did tell him a little bit.

Haru: Like what?

Hikari: Ask him about it.

Haru: Just tell me about it Hikari! I swear I'm not gonna be mad at you.

Hikari: Are you sure?

Haru: Definitely!!

Hikari: Hmmm......I told him......

Haru: Told him what?

Hikari: I told him everything about you.

Haru: What? Are f*****g serious??

Hikari: I am very serious. I told him everything because he demanded it.

Haru: Demanded it for what?

Hikari: For his beloved friend Aoi! I think he likes her.

Haru: Nah... There's no way.... He does not look like someone who would like Aoi!

Hikari: Really? Does the guy who likes her looks more like you?

Haru: Of course not! What are you talking about?

Hikari: Haru! I feel like you are changing because of Aoi! The only girl who does not have any interest in you in the slightest. Even though you introduced yourself to her as a straight guy.

Haru: Nah... My Kittens only likes me because I am very fun to be around as their gay friend. Me having s*x with guys can be very boring most of the time. There's only maybe Once or Twice that I actually enjoyed doing it. Spending time with my kittens is just too much fun.

Hikari: But, do you know the bet we did just for you?

Haru: What bet?

Hikari: The bet is about us your kittens to purposely seduced you until you pick one of us to be your real girlfriend and forget about your life where you sleep with a lot of guys.

Haru: That's impossible. I just don't look at my kittens like how I look to the guys I sleep with. All of my Kittens is just my loyal friends whom I can count on when I need someone to help me with something. Not someone I can potentially date in the future.

Hikari: Ouch!! That hurts for some reason.

Haru: Wait! Did you also bet about me?

Hikari!: Yes!! Apparently just like all your other kittens. I always like you Haru! Even though now it is impossible for me to get you.

Because what you only care about right now is just that girl Aoi!

When I was sick before I called for you to help me but you said your busy but when it's about Aoi you literally have a half day at your work just for her.

I know we just lie to her before but now this is real. I can't stay as your kitten anymore Haru! Your just hurting me too much.

Just tell Aoi! I moved somewhere else far away. That's why I can't see her every week anymore.

Haru: You can't do that Hikari! Because I can't live without you.

Hikari: What do you mean by that Haru? Please consider my feelings too because seeing you with Aoi just hurts me so much.

Haru: There's another secret you don't know Hikari! I kept it from everyone because it's better that way.

Hikari: Then tell me all about it.

Haru: I have an incurable disease. It's a Degenerative Disease that will take away my eye sight, hearing, ability to speak, write, ability to walk until I eventually die from it.

Hikari: What no freaking way Haru! Please stop lying.

Haru: I'm not lying. My doctor says the development of my disease is very slow than the others. Most of the people like me mostly dies 1-3 years after their diagnosis. The doctor says. I can still live for 5 More years or maybe more than that if I'm lucky.

Hikari: Stop it Haru! Your scaring me. Your definitely just acting like when I first met Aoi.

Haru: This is the truth Hikari! Even my Boss knows my condition. He hires me while knowing I can't stay there longer than the others. He said, If I can't do it anymore I can just tell him and he will help me as best as he can till the end of my life.

Hikari: I will only believe if your boss tells me about it.

Haru: Sure! I'll call him for you.

Haru calls his boss and he lets me talk to him and this is what his boss says..

"Haru is definitely sick. There's many instances were his pen fell just because he can't hold it well. He also fell on the floor all of a sudden one time and his section Boss is so worried about him so I also told him his condition. That's why I allow him to go today when he said he wants to go home early because he said he's not feeling well today."

I knows Haru lied at the last part but I still don't wanna believe he has a disease. Because it will break my heart the most.
