Chapter Seven

As Samantha and Alex walked hand in hand across campus, they couldn't help but notice the curious glances from their classmates. It was clear that their relationship was becoming more serious, and people were starting to take notice.

Samantha felt a sense of excitement and nervousness as she thought about defining their relationship. She had never been one for labels, but she couldn't deny the strong connection she felt with Alex.

As they sat down on a bench, Alex turned to her with a curious expression. "So, what do you think our relationship status is?" he asked, his eyes sparkling with amusement.

Samantha smiled, feeling a sense of playfulness. "I don't know," she said, "what do you think?"

Alex leaned in, his voice low and husky. "I think we're something special," he said. "I think we're more than just friends, but less than officially official."

Samantha laughed, feeling a sense of joy. "That's a pretty accurate description," she said.

Alex grinned, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "So, what do you say we make it official?" he asked, his voice filled with excitement.

Samantha's heart skipped a beat as she considered his question. She thought about all the reasons why she adored Alex, from his kind heart to his infectious sense of humor.

"Yes," she said finally, her voice barely above a whisper. "I'd love to make it official."

Alex's face lit up with a radiant smile as he pulled her into a tight hug. "I'm so happy," he whispered into her ear.

As they hugged, Samantha felt a sense of happiness and contentment wash over her. She knew that she had found her perfect match in Alex, and she couldn't wait to see what the future held for them.

"Relationship status: officially taken," Alex whispered into her ear, making Samantha giggle with delight.
