I find it mindboggling that I’ve only know John for five days but how I feel about feels deeper, as though we have been bonded for life. How is it that we have spent so little time together in the grand scheme of things and yet, we are drawn to each other this way? Five days ago, I was on a flight, and four days later I have a boyfriend, and he is the most charming guy I have ever met. I have to think of something I can do for him to show my gratitude, but with the plans being unknown, it’s a little challenging. I can’t order something for him online because it will be delivered back home. Also, ordering something from a nearby shop in town may take two hours to get here. It’s quite a distance to the city. Let me think.
