Colton’s POV
I walked through the door of Parker and Caden's home at exactly 5:30 that night. My mother immediately looked at the clock and back at me again. I had even beaten Caden home, and he was usually the first of us to arrive, followed closely by Cassidy for family dinner night. Craig and I were the ones who arrived last. Which is why I usually wore my uniform. But after Mom checked the time, I saw her eyes narrow at me.
“You're early, and you're dressed nice. What’s going on, Colton?” she asked.
