“You’re doing good, Lexi,” Doctor Yan told Lexi as she read her records to her. “You gained the weight you lost weeks ago, and your vitals improved,” she added, smiling at the couple.
Mickey held Lexi’s hands and beamed at her. “That’s my girl,” he said before kissing her temple.
Lexi inhaled a deep breath. “I’m pleased,”
“Yes and again, Michael. Please don’t worry about her bump size. It’s normal,” Doctor Yan smirked, shaking her head as she thought of Mickey’s number one concern earlier and every check-up.
Mickey scratched his nape. “Yeah, maybe I was used to seeing big bumps. My twin Andy had a noticeable belly even with her firstborn, and with her triplets, I never thought I would see her grow that such a tummy. Oh, plus Charlene too, it was massive!” he laughingly said.
