Mickey was busily checking the hotel’s record in his office when his telephone intercom rang. “Yes?” he answered the call.
“Sir Michael, someone is here in the lobby and said that you have an appointment with her,” Lanie, the front desk officer, replied.
Mickey heaved a deep breath. He already knew and was expecting who it was. “Let her in,” he simply declared.
“Copy, sir,”
After hanging up the phone, Mickey slowly rested his back against his swivel chair. His thoughts were about Luisa since last night. He was left puzzled when she said she would see him after school.
It only meant that she was already working in the small town and the quickest school he could think of was the school where his son Miggy went.
