My eyes fell on the man coming towards me, even mirrored in the dark glass there could be no doubt who he was and my mouth fell open.
No way, it couldn’t be.
I had thought I had seen him a few time since I had left Las Vegas in the middle of the night. Leaving him asleep.
“Luca” I mouthed his name as he stepped up behind me but I only turned when he said my name.
That was the moment he became real. I threw myself into his arms and his went around me. Lifting my feet off the floor as he held me close.
“Luca what are you doing here?” he couldn’t be real, maybe I was dreaming. But the feel of him pressed up against my stomach was very, very real.
People were staring, starting to murmur. Smiles playing on their faces.
