Somewhere else on the day when Aldred was admitted to hospital

In the hospital garden many children were playing but one boy was sitting on the bench waiting for someone as usual.

a little boy's POV

she's late again maybe she wont come today too...maybe she doesn't want to play with me i should go into my room....

Suddenly a nurse girl in her twenties sat beside the little boy with a plate of food in her hand.

"why's my dear little Rowan lonely and talking to himself???" asked the nurse.

"miss Lilyyy" said the boy happily on seeing his favorite nurse." I was waiting for Kaya she said that she will come back to play with me but she didn't come. she lied to me, I won't talk to her now she is bad she didn't keep her promise" continued the boy with a pout and tears falling from his eyes.

"aweeee Rowan u took it wrong way she didn't break her promise" said the nurse making the little boy a little confused so he asked "what do you mean miss Lily " so she replied "As our Rowan knows kaya was very ill and had to go to meet a very very big doctor uncle to cure Kaya but the big doctor uncle live very very far from here so Kaya also went very very far to see the doctor uncle so she has to stay their for sometime and when she will come back she will play with u a lot ."

"Really" the boy said in excitement and the nurse just noded and said " and when she will comeback she will eat healthy and grow a lot and then call you shorty cause you don't eat properly" when the boy heard this he immediately said "no no i will eat, whoa i am soo hungry . where is my food miss Lily " on seeing Rowan's reation she chuckled and started to feed him

After feeding Rowan she played with him a bit and then made him sleep and took him to his ward .

When she put Rowan in his bed she looked at him for the last time before leaving the room and closing the door but after sometime she saw an unconscious person being dragged on the bed to the operation theatre and a man running with the patient and pleading the doctors to save his friend

But when she saw the face of the person she got shocked and tried to run from there but when she tried to run away something stopped her from running she looked at the person who had his hands on his face while sobbing with tears running down her eyes but she somehow wiped them but still her eyes were showing the love for that person .

She couldn't resist but ask the person "are you alright sir"

On hearing the nurse he looked at her for a second to see who she was and said "yeah I think so "

Then the nurse replied " everyone hear calls me nurse lily "and held her hand for a handshake and continued "if you need anything you can ask me and don't worry Ur friend will be fine soon, see you happy next time" and then she left but as she left the tears she was controling for a long time came out of her eyes ....

The man looked at the nurse and a little smile appeared on his face but the smile immediately left as the thought of his friend in the operation theatre came back to him
