“What’s this?” Neil asked late Friday afternoon when Kev appeared in his office with a bouquet of wildflowers. “Wooing you,” Kev replied seriously, handing them to him. “You don’t have to. You’ve already got me.” He sniffed them, smiling as he said, “No one’s ever done this for me.” “Good. I like being the first.
