Little lost soul

One night when the little fairy was perusing through her favorite book, quietly in her room with windows open for fresh air, a magpie slowly landed on her window frame and suddenly gave her a frightening stare. She stared back while trembling with fear, the 7 year old little girl had been told that Magpies arriving during the night bodes bad luck and from that moment she knew that something tragic was about to happen. Running out of her room to her mother's room with loud screams, her mother woke up and scolded her for causing havoc and while she was scolding her, the husband arrived, wasted away and intoxicated he banged the door open, he started shouting and accusing his wife of being unfaithful because of heresy from the streets, the wife argued that she had no idea what he was talking about, he got furious and picked a knife from the kitchen table in the kitchen and tried to stab his wife in front of the little girl, the woman tried to fight him back but he managed to overpower her and slit her throat open, she fell on the floor and blood gushed out and covered the floor, the knife and his hands. Realizing that what he had done could land him in jail, he stabbed him right in the stomach, he fell to the ground next to his dead wife, he also died. The little one was watching all of this with sweat dripping from her face and trembles caused by fear, she was numb and this maimed her little soul forever.
