Dogs are cute but they always make a mess. Sometimes it gets too annoying that you just want to take back calling it cute. Mallory made a mess again... she bumped into a girl who’s drinking and spilled it all over her dress accidentally. Of all people to spill a drink on, why is it the one who’s wearing fancy clothing? I rushed back to the table with the food I bought in my hand.  “You b*tch! This dress is more expensive than you!” the girl yelled. There were two other girls behind her, her friends perhaps, were glaring at Mallory. “How do you plan to pay for this, huh!?” one of the friends asked. Their loud voices were heard through the whole cafeteria, everyone's eyes were on them. Mallory didn’t answer. Of course, because she can’t hear her, but she at least knows that the person in front of her is angry... right? She was just staring at her. Her ‘not sorry’ face made the girl infuriated, she looks behind her and took one of her friend’s drinks then faced back to Mallory with her furious look.  Splash! She poured the drink over in Mallory’s direction, but the girl missed her target. After seeing me behind the girl, Mallory walked to me and it could be intentional or unintentional that she dodged it. Fortunately, there was no one behind Mallory at that time or it may have become a bigger problem.  Mallory took the food in my hands, placed it on the table, and sat down. The girls that she offended looked behind them and saw how Mallory acts as if nothing happened.  “You dare ignore me!?” the girl in the middle said. “She must think she can get away without a payback.” one of her friends. Mallory... Does she even feel apologetic?  “Girls, I’m sorry. My friend here has a certain condition, she can’t really hear you.” I told them before things turn into a catfight. It would have been better if I just left her here to cause more trouble for herself, but since she approached me, I am now involved even if I did not want to. “Then you pay for it!” the girl in the middle demanded.  Well, I expected something like that so I already pulled out my wallet. “one thousand dollars, double.” she said as she saw my wallet. “If you can’t pay then I won’t mind making you my pet.” she snickered.  I don’t even have to look inside my wallet. I don’t have two thousand, such an amount can’t fit in it anyway. A credit card is not available either. I kept my wallet and grabbed my phone instead.  “Do you plan to use your phone as reimbursement?” she asked with a nasty smile on her face. “ECash,” I said, the nasty smile on her face faded  “What?” she asked. “You don’t have ECash?” I asked, I would be in a real pinch if she doesn’t, but luckily she did so we exchanged numbers then I sent her the money. After that they went away, people stopped looking at us as well. Show is over, huh? They looked so surprised that I was able to pay. Well, normal college kids don’t have that much in their wallets. I don’t like wearing pricy things because people will suddenly try to befriend you. I don’t mind hanging out with girls, but I don’t like gold diggers. Now that things are dealt with, I can finally eat my food. Eh? I guess not. Mallory, before I knew it already finished the pasta and is eating my shawarma. Great, she made me pay and buy food, after that, she’s gonna eat it all. Have mercy, will you? I’m hungry too...  I had to buy two more shawarma. Why two? I did not eat both. It’s only this glutton who ate a plate of pasta and shawarma, but still had a growling stomach who ate it. I got to eat so I’m fine now. Mallory will have to come with me to my class. I don’t really mind, last time she just slept in class anyway. -- Classes are done, it’s 6 pm. So we have to clean until 8 pm, it’ll be pretty dark by then.  We met by the student council's office, the disciplinary officer will lead us where to clean. Aiden wasn’t there with us. Then again, why should I care. “Today, it’s the labs and the school cafeteria, be careful not to break anything.” the disciplinary officer told us on the way to the labs.  When we entered one of the lab rooms, Aiden was already there. He didn’t skip community service. “I’ll be watching you.” the disciplinary officer told us.  I see, it’s not that he didn’t skip, he just couldn’t.  There are many fragile things in the lab, I was worried that Mallory might break something. Thankfully, she didn’t, instead she was naming the equipments one by one on the notebook that Raphael bought and asked whoever is near if it was right. Somehow she seemed to have become friends with Elaine, the disciplinary officer, she told Mallory her name. It seems that Elaine liked experiments so she instantly became like a teacher to Mallory who was trying learn the names of all the equipment. There was one time when she asked Aiden too, I thought it would become trouble again. It wouldn’t be nice to see what he might do to Mallory with a scissor in his hands. Thankfully, Elaine was looking at them and Aiden did nothing but ignore Mallory.  We finished cleaning in the labs without anything happening, next up is the cafeteria. It would be great if we can just go home after this without any trouble happening.
