Chapter Twenty
Thursday, 1st
Back at the agency after her day off, Caroline was still catching up when she got a message to say her boss Richard wanted to see her in his office.
She took a minute to pull together some notes about her recent client visits, to ensure she could cover all the relevant points.
In his lovely corner office, they exchanged pleasantries and Caroline launched into her description. Before she got into her stride Richard held up a hand to stop her.
“You can drop me a note with all the detail. I really wanted to talk about how things were going over all. Project on track is it?”
