Chapter twenty-nine
The day of our trip arrived as soon as Ragnar´s replacement made it to the green land. He asked Angel to come with us, he was afraid for my safety during the travel. Tera volunteered to come “for extra security”; she was just eager to join us. Vanishing all the way there was not an option, too far away; Angel´s creek was the farthest I could make. The king refused to go, instead, Erik joined us. He actually seamed exited! The trip was long. Fifteen days because of the detour we took to avoid any proximity to the black land. Ragnar brought his Pegasus but he didn´t let it fly. The closer we got the colder it became. No wonder there was a carriage only for luggage and coats.
