I sat silently at a table in the corner of the school's cafeteria. This table has always been mine and Emily's usual place whenever we don't feel like hanging out with our other friends. But today, I'm all alone as that she ditched school.
I pulled out my phone from my pocket, glancing at the time and then looked at my chocolate milkshake standing on the table. I grabbed it and took a long sip, jotting into Twitter and scrolling down, until I saw a shadow falling on the table.
"Hey Mack." It was Rachel, with her usual smile on her face and in her cheerleading uniform. With her stood another girl, I couldn't remember her name but I definitely knew she was in Rachel's cheerleading team.
