WILLIAM'S POV
"Hurray!!" We all cheered as tge celebrant smiled in appreciation.
"Thank you all!" He said. "Thank you for celebrating me today. May celebration never cease from your lives. Thank you once again." He smiled and then, excused himself. I followed behind him until we got to his dinning room and I flung myself on him from behind.
"Congratulations on your retirement, uncle!"
"You know I'm an old man, right? Do you wanna break my bones?"
"Far from it!" I chuckled. "You would need it, if you really plan on personally looking after the kids." At my statement, he sighed and sat on the chair nearest to him.
"I feel like this retirement has come at the right time. Now, I would personally look after Alexis."
