DAMION
I hid in the bushes and watched as they kissed. I've never seen him look at a girl like that. She is the one. She will be the one who will help me ruin Devon Lochlan.

KALISIA
I'm so glad dad was already in bed, and I got past him. After that kiss I felt like I was going to pass out. Time to get ready for bed. It was really warm in the house tonight, so I decided on a silk spaghetti strapped top and silk shorts. I heard a small rap from my window, and I ran over to it. I pushed the window open and peered my head out, seeing Devon hanging from the limb that stretches out from a tree to my window.
"Devon?! I'm not sure how I feel about you popping in here unannounced." He pushed his way into my window, and I stepped back a few steps to let him in.
"I figured your dad was asleep and thought I would come up." He explained.
"Devon, I'm so exhausted I don't think I could talk anymore."
"Don't worry, we don't have to talk." He flirted back.
"DEVON!" I screamed angrily at him.
"Or that. You dirty minded freak. We could just lie down."
Just then I noticed, he was wearing a different jacket. Did he go all the way home and change? I'd only just saw him about an hour ago. And where was his car? I was too tired to ask him a bunch of questions, and too excited that he came here again.
"Sure." I replied.
He took his jacket, boots, and this time, his pants off, but he had shorts underneath. Why did he dress so differently when he came here? At school and on dates he wore button ups, polos, his school jacket, but here he showed up in ripped jeans, a leather jacket, and tees. I didn't think too much about it. I looked at him laying in my bed, and tried not to squeak with excitement. I walked over and crawled into him, this time laying away from him with my back into him. I reached behind me, grabbed his right arm, and pulled it over me. Before I knew it, I was out.
Life couldn't be any better right now...
Damion
It's just too easy.
I reached over, hearing her slow breathing, and smelled her hair... strawberries. My heart fluttered a little. Don't do it, Damion, you can do this. He deserves to suffer. You have to make her fall madly in love with Devon and him with her and then you must destroy him.
Don't fall for her; don't fall for her.
DEVON
"Do you believe in a thing called love... just listen to the rhythm of ma HEART! Ugh, I just love this song." I reached down and turned the stereo on the car down. Wow, what an amazing evening it was. I'm so over all of these bitches here. Hello fresh meat. Kali, you are mine.
I pulled up to the gate entrance of my driveway. I reached over and placed my thumb on the blue scanner just outside of my car window.
"Devon Lochlan, you may enter." The scanner read back.
I pulled my hand back into the car as the gate opened, and drove up to my garage.
I may have went overboard choosing the BUGATTI over my other thirty vehicles, but she seemed like she had no idea what kind of car it was. I knew right then, she was definitely perfect. She didn't even ask me about money or the car or anything, which is usually what girls ask about on our first dates. "So how much ARE you worth?" That's when I drop them back off and move on... sometimes a few I'll play with a bit, but then drop.
I walked up to the elevator leading from the garage that goes to any level of my mansion. Before you can get to the elevator, you have to go through the door to the hall that leads to the elevator. I pushed it open, walked over to the elevator, and entered it. I reached over and hit the top floor button, then leaned back, placing my hands in my pockets.
"Shew, what a day. That Kali sure is special." I laughed to myself. I couldn't wait to find Charles, my butler, to tell him all about it. Since my parents passed, he's the only person as close to family that I had lately.
Well, I guess we'll find out if she's special soon enough. I've been with way too many girls that are just the same. Hopefully, she'll be different. I'm getting really bored with these girls around here. I NEED something different. I think she is different.
As I entered one of my many living rooms, Charles walked in from the opposite door. This was my favorite living room. It was more homely and not as huge as the others. No twelve foot vaulted ceiling, but two sides of the walls were glass. This room was on the edge of the house, so the entire north and eastern walls were see-through. I could look out over the edge of the mountains my house sat on. It was a beautiful sight. Then to the south of the room was a fireplace entertainment center with a sixty inch TV standing on top. In the middle of the room was a white sectional, but it was very retro. All of my other rooms were really decked out, but this modern room was the best. It made me really channel my inner poor to help me draw the non-greedy girls in.
I've never known what it was like to be poor honestly. My entire family have been rich for generations. It's kind of sad.
"Would you like me to take your jacket sir?" Charles asked
I wanted to talk to Charles, but then my phone started buzzing.
"No, thanks. I'm busy." I answered as I looked down to see who it was texting me.
"Yes, sir." Charles leaned his head down and exited the room walking backwards.
It's just stupid Jason. Wait a second; I didn't leave the door to the elevator unlocked when I left. That door is to be locked at all times, and Charles surely wouldn't have left it unlocked. I was so distracted, I didn't even realize I should have tried to unlock it first.
"CHARLES! Come in here real quick."
He ran in fast, full of shock and confusion. "Ye... yes sir?"
"Why is the door unlocked to the elevator. It is to be locked AT ALL times."
"Sorry sir. I may have forgotten to lock it." Strange, that's not like Charles at all. "I was for sure I did though sir. I was at my granddaughter's birthday all afternoon sir." Damn, I had completely forgotten about his granddaughter's birthday today.
"Fine, whatever. Don't let it happen again." We've had too many break-ins, how dare he be so careless?
"Yes, sir."
"That'll be all." I shooed at him to be gone. I really felt bad for him working here. Sometimes, I thought maybe he actually cared for me, but other times I felt he'd only done it because of the money my parents paid him to stay with me if anything ever happened to them.
After he was gone, I began to wonder if I should text Kali and tell her good night.
Dude, what's wrong with you? I am becoming one of those guys I make fun of all of the time.
I'll text her in the morning. I'm exhausted and need sleep. I have to be at school an hour early in the morning to help with the prom committee. Why did I agree to this s**t? Oh yeah, I volunteered for a girl and that relationship lasted like three days. Ugh, I need to think more before I do these things.
