6 | Getaway

MAYA'S POV

"Welcome to one of the many Heroux's private properties." Stella welcomed me and the other two Soeur.

"Quit it, Stella. Anyway, I assume Luna and Ophelia with the other students?" Stella nodded at Aurora's question. "Don't worry my lady, they're almost here. Ophelia updated me." Aurora nodded. "Follow me please," Aurora said to me before I followed her into the villa.

"Are we really at the mountain now?" I asked when I look up to the Villa. "Yes. Welcome to my family's campsite." Huh...

Days ago I thought that when she said campsite, I was imagining tents and all those outdoor equipment. I never would've guessed it's a damn luxurious villa!

"Why? Isn't this how you go camping?" She asked innocently. I shake my head. "Camping means you stay outdoor, falling asleep while watching the stars. Not.... falling asleep in a luxurious villa like this." Aurora chuckled.

"Watching the stars? I can arrange that." She said when we entered the villa. She went to a plate and press one of the many buttons.

I heard loud noises coming from around us. "My father asked the architect to design this for our annual family getaway." When she said she can arrange to look at the stars I didn't imagine that the whole roof of the villa would disappear like this!

"Lady Aurora." A voice coming from behind us.

We were greeted by a group of three maids. "All the preparation is done. We only have to wait for our participant." One of the maids informed us. "Thank you. Lead us to the control room." Control room? I followed Aurora's footstep towards the underground facility of the villa.

"Seriously, are we really at a mountain?" I asked once again when I stood in the middle of a busy control room. "Eli?" I called out when the chauffeur smiled at me while putting on his headset.

"I have visions of the participants." Announced one of the people sitting in front of a monitor.

"Activate their tracking device," Aurora said out loud. Tracking device?! "Don't tell me you injected something inside their body," I said while aurora laughed at me.

"No silly. We gave them all a luxurious watch to wear. Once they put it on, they can't get it off without my command." My jaw drop. That's even worst!

"All 50 participant is activated, my lady." Announced Eli. Aurora smiled. "Good, send out Thea to the scene." Thea? Who's Thea?

"If your wondering who is Thea, that's Thea. The blonde girl wearing the military uniform." She pointed at a screen and eyes widen when she's such a beautiful woman. "What's with the skirt?" I asked when I wonder about her attire.

"I mean the coat is amazing but why wearing a skirt? It's it hard for her to walk around?" I added.

"Who knows. She's actually the student government phantom leader of the Covert Squad. She and the rest of her membership in the squad gather intel for me." This academy even has its own spy?!

"Thea's earpiece is online." One of the maids informed. The more I looked around this place, the more I think it's like a secret base for the legit military.

"Are they really maids and chauffeur?" I asked Aurora just to confirmed things. She hummed.

"Oh no. There are gardener and pool cleaner as well, see." She pointed out. Somehow I think she's avoiding my question. Maybe I should let it go. "Thea, you may begin," Aurora said while I witness this Thea person nodded at the screen.

She began introducing herself and informed the students about the real purpose of this unexpected trip. Only first few minutes on the mountain, some of them wanted to go home when they know the real purpose of this trip. To my surprise, Thea just laugh.

"Put the volume up." Aurora touched Eli's shoulder. "Yes, ma'am." He smirked and did as told.

"You can try but you will only manage to go as far as 300 meters from where I stand. Don't try to act tough. I know your upbringing doesn't include the walk in the wilderness. You're not Lady Aurora." Thea's voice booming inside the control room.

Aurora chuckled. "You really need to shut up, Thea." I noticed Thea's demeanor change when Aurora warned her.

"Anyway, you all shall change to the uniform that has been prepared for you." The student's expression was priceless.

"You will find them inside your locker. Please take note that only open your own locker, we wrote a name for everyone. Inside we have everything you might need. Medicine, extra snacks and even suntan lotion."

Suntan lotion? Seriously?

"Some of these girls actually the heir to an entertainment industry company and modeling agency. We don't want their perfect skin to ruin." Aurora said beside me. "Some of them even idols." Stella decided to join us.

She went to my side and looked around. "Seems like everything is in place." Aurora hummed her response.

"Lisa Lotte suing us." Stella showed her phone to Aurora. "Her lawyer? How did she manage to get one?" Stella shrugged at Aurora. "I'll inform my sister about this. We have proof that she willing to be part of this camp. They all are. It's not my problem they didn't read through the agreement when they sign them."

Aurora is pretty sneaky when I think about the day she informed the students about this trip. She used some of her good-looking servant to helped her that day.

"I'll give you 10 minutes to changed into the preferred uniform. Anyone who's late will be dealt with accordingly." Thea said politely. I watched as she sighed before turning to Luna. She must be trying to control her anger towards those students who act like a diva for some reason.

Luna smirked and threw her a... SHOTGUN! Thea smirked before shooting the sky, gaining everyone's attention.

She placed the gun on her shoulder before scoffing.

"I'm not joking here maggots! MOVE! MOVE! MOVE!!" Aurora laughed when the students scattering around the field.

"I hope no one getting lost in the forest. Some of them tried to be an ass now." Stella pointed at a monitor that tracing the student's whereabouts. "Pinpoint their location and ask someone to get them out of the terrain. That's where my father places the quicksand trap."

Quicksand?! How can she be so .... calm about this! Get it together Maya. This is ..... normal for them... I think.

"Oh well. I should show myself before they start their real training." Aurora touched my shoulder. "Come on my soeur. Let's show them hell." She chuckled before she turned her heels. "She's being serious?" I asked Stella. She could only nod.

I followed my grande soeur footstep towards to where the students currently gathered at. "Remember, if you want to say anything, just say it. Don't be afraid. Okay?" I look over her shoulder and smiled. "If I may ask, what is this training regiment you planned?" I asked.

"Oh... something I came up with Luna and Stella. Wait here." Aurora said before she started to run towards the same person I saw from the screen.

"Be careful!" Stella shouted when she's beside me. "What is she doing?" I asked. "You'll see." My jaw drops when she literally kicked Thea's back in front of everyone.

Thea fell face first but she manages to avoid being stomped by Aurora. "Good reflex." Said the same gentle Scion I used to know. This side of her is foreign to me. Thea rolled herself over and stood up to her own feet. She took a breather before sending a few punches.

The last punch Thea sent was aiming for Aurora's right side but it was easily deflected by grabbing her fist. I saw Aurora's mouth formed a smirk before grabbing Thea by the collar and swiftly move behind her.

"Looks like you need to train more," Aurora said before bending down and pulled on Thea's hand that she grabbed earlier while Aurora's free left hand grabbing on Thea's skirt and flipped her body on the ground.

Even after Thea is completely defeated, she still holding onto her hand and stepping on her chest. "And that's how you protect yourself from bullies, Maya." She said while looking up at me. She released Thea's hand and face the students.

"Welcome to Heroux's Boot Camp. I hope you all have a splendid time here. I know I did. This is one of my family's private property and I hope you enjoy it here." When I turned to the students, they were all still shocked because of the things they've seen earlier.

None of them saying anything back.

"Since all of you literally speechless from the little display, let me tell you something. I hope you all survive these harsh week like a champion." Aurora winked at everyone.

"If you all wondering why you all here, well that's because of your behavior towards others. You all should know how to treat a person better after my team done with you."

She makes it sound like horrible discipline teacher.

"Nonsense! You have no right to do these things to us!" Lisa voiced out.

"How rude of them. Not even a hello." Aurora ignored her when she went to my side. Lisa was beyond mad.

"Anyway, Thea, They're all in your care now. Good luck. I'll be watching closely." Aurora smiled before we walked towards the villa again. "Since we'll be missing school days for a week, I will be your personal teacher. Is that alright?" She Asked when she placed her thumb on a plate.

I watched as the door towards the villa open on its own when the plate turned green. "Yea. Sure. If your good in economics. Anyway, what's up with the security in this place? It's so tight." Aurora took a seat at the living room.

"Hmmm. My father is a bit odd. He's such a worry wart when it comes to his princesses." Princesses as in her sisters and her right?

"My sisters sometimes came here alone for the peace and quiet. They wanted to run away from the harsh public eye. He builds this place for us so we could have a relaxing time. When my older sister, Aura was just a teenager, she was kidnapped. She was tortured for days until my parents found her whereabouts."

Whoa. Seriously? All this time I thought these rich brats have no worries. I was wrong, big time.

"Since that day, my parents formed a special force and every servant we hired gone through such training so that they're ready to protect us. The maids you saw wandering around right now, they at least had a black belt. Some even know how to hack any electronic things and some were used to be a spy for foreign countries."

Seriously? "Aren't you afraid they might betray your family? A spy is a spy after all." I asked when she asked me to sit. "They can try. They can't hide after they betray my family. They hurt us, they pay with their life." Aurora smiled. "Enough with this dull conversation. I have a question for you."

I nodded.

"Do you know martial art?" Hmm. I wrestle with my brothers when I was young does that count? I shake my head. "Do you want to learn them?" She asked.

Do I? It's probably gonna be hard work to do that. Hmm ... but it's fun to do what she did earlier too. "Depends on the teacher." She hummed. "Well, I can teach you. Or Stella, Luna or Ophelia even Thea if you prefer her."

I doubt I want Thea to teach me. She looks like she's ready to pounce at anything, anytime. "How about you?" I shyly asked. "Me? Really? I'm not very good but okay." Not very good? Jesus, she just beat the crap out of Thea.

I looked around the living room and leaned back to my seat. I finally let loose and just enjoyed this short luxurious getaway.

I was about to close my eyes when I heard Stella and the rest of the presidents walking towards us. "Hello, Thea. How's the new recruit?" Aurora asked. "Weak. None of them is strong enough. I might have to cut down some of the activity we planned." Oh, even Thea is here?

"Seriously, why did you beat the crap out of me earlier? You're making me look bad." I chuckled. "It's funny huh? Who are you anyway?" She looks down on me. I apologized immediately and stood up from my seat. "There's no need to be rude Thea. She's my soeur." Thea looks at me from top to bottom.

"She's alright. Are you a lesbian?" Thea asked me something no one ever asked me before. "Ummm... I ...." Aurora cut me off. "Thea. Shut up." Thea smirked. "Alright my Lady Scion. Anyway, how are you?" Thea asked Aurora and completely ignoring me. Thank God!

She suddenly asked me something I'm not even sure myself. I love the opposite s*x but recently, the Scion made me think otherwise. She's the real definition of beauty and I even become her soeur. Something about her making my inner lesbian giddy-up. But... I'm not sure ....... hmmm.

"Hey!" I flinched when Thea hit my shoulder. "Are you dead now? I was asking if you have any boyfriend or girlfriend or special friend in particular." I shake my head no. "I'm single. I have an ex back in my old school. We end it before I transferred to Monarch. Long distance is not my thing besides I don't trust him much."

Wow. I seriously just rant about my ex. "What's his name?" Aurora asked. "Morris. Why?" Aurora shrugged. "The distance from your old school and your house is just a few minutes car ride," Aurora said.

"Yea but we won't be able to see each other in school," I explained while she took a remote from the coffee table and turn on the TV. "Looks like some of them planning an escape plan." She was referring to the group of students talking to each other.

"Can somebody turn on the speaker," Aurora said.

"We need to go out of this mountain! I don't want to f**k to any training even if the Scion herself said so!" Said a beautiful brunette.

Aurora chuckled.

"But if we disobey the Scion there will

Be consequences." Said a wise student. "But we're here now. Whatever happened, the f*****g student government will do it worst to us when we're back in Monarch." I heard Stella and the others laughed at them.

"So what? Do we have no other way around? What should we do?" I know that voice.

"Oh, Thea. Pay attention to Lisa Lotte. She's dangerous. She may look girly but she's a damn good fighter." Aurora warned Thea. I'm not sure when Thea was behind my grande soeur but she actually wrapped her arms around her like it's nothing.

"Affirmative." I was beyond shocked Thea was sniffing Aurora's nape. "I miss you." I heard Thea said.

"If your wondering, Thea, and Aurora are dating each other. The relationship is complicated because it's come and go." Stella explained. "Come and go? Meaning?" I whispered.

"Well, they always fight each other. Not like they did earlier but verbally. Even the slightest thing made them both exploded. You can view them as a ticking bomb." Luna explained to me. Wow. I never knew a couple like that even existed.

"Will you agree on the engagement your parents agreed for you?" Thea asked when she pulled away. "Of course no. I don't like living forever with a man. As a friend, it's fine but as a husband, no way." Aurora faces Thea.

"Don't worry. I know what to do about that when the time comes." Thea smiled.

"Good. Shall we kiss?" Thea asked. "With a price." Aurora smiled. "How much do you wanna bet?" Thea asked. Bet? What are they talking about? "Hmmm. I don't know. You make the price please." Thea didn't get to replied when Aurora shut her mouth with her lips.

"Such virgin lips you have. It's good that you even wait for me even after that big fight we had in Vegas." Aurora said when she pulled away.

"Are you nuts! If I find somebody else you will kill me for real. Why do you think I agreed on being the leader of the Covert Squad? I can hide from anyone to see but you." Thea caressing Aurora's cheek.

I don't know if I should be jealous of their affection or feel sorry for my single self.

"It's romantic right? Does it make you wanna puke?" Stella said with a hint of jealousy. "I take that, your single?" Stella looks away. "Even Luna and Ophelia has their own toy to play with." She actually pouts like a child!

"Hold on. You have a lover?" I asked Ophelia. I can't believe she has a toy to play with. Geez, if I spend more time with Stella I'll be damn.

"Why does everyone do that when they know I have a girlfriend?" Girlfriend? Wow. I never would've have thought that she swings that way.

"Well, I never would've thought you will swing that way." Ophelia took her phone and show me a picture of a girl in a bikini.

"She's my girlfriend. Why do you think?" Ophelia smirked. "Umm... she's amazing..." I said while gawking at the picture. "Yea I know. She's a year older than I am. A student in Monarch. She's quite the feisty one too."

"Girl you need to restrain yourself," Luna said while chuckling.

"Yes, I had a habit of m**********g every 2 hours at school but somehow I managed to hold it back until I'm home," Stella said innocently. I don't know if I should praise her or just throw away that little info about her from my brain.

"Hold on. What are you guys talking about?" Thea asked.

"Anyway, where did you masturbate? The toilet?" Stella shakes her head. "The infirmary." Stella winked. "That's such a disturbing thing to say. I can't look at the infirmary normally now that I know what happened behind the curtain. Didn't the nurse caught you using the bed for that?" Luna asked.

Stella shakes her head. "Of course not. I paid her to be deaf for about half an hour." Money really can buy anything.

Aurora clapped her hands while pointed at the screen. "Look at their faces." I did and wonder what's going on. Some of them actually vomited when the maids coming in with a large pot.

"What is that?" I asked. "Dinner," Aurora replied. "Potato peels and bones soup." Aurora actually smiled!

That just vile. Even prisoner has better food than what they have right now. "Aren't we going too far?" Ophelia asked. "No. What they did to other people is too far. We're just treating them like a prisoner. Anyway, I'm just making them sick to their stomach. The maids did prefer some French cuisine for them."

I'm sure Aurora only doing this so they will learn their lesson. Right?
