What's Your Purpose?

Life is never made unbearable by circumstances, but only by lack of meaning and purpose. It is not enough that we build products that function, that are understandable and usable, we also need to build products that bring joy and excitement, pleasure and fun, and, yes, beauty to peoples lives. Possessions, outward success , publicity, luxury - to me these have always been contemptible. I believe that a simple and unassuming manner of life is best for everyone, best for both the body and the mind. You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by it . My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion , some compassion , some humor , and some style. People will forget what we did. People will forget what we said . But people will never forget how we made them feel. - Maya Angelou This life is what you make it . No matter what, you're going to mess up sometimes, it's a universal truth. But the good part is you get to decide how you're going to mess it up. Girls will be your friends - they'll act like it anyway. But just remember, some come, some go. The ones that stay with you through everything - they're your true best friends. Don't let go of them . It is better to be hated for what you are than to be loved for what you are not . Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself. I may not have gone where I intended to go in this world, but I have ended up where I needed to be . For all of my life I have struggled with my dream of becoming an Author. I doubted myself as if I didn't stand a chance and then one day, I prayed. I looked at myself in the mirror and told myself not to give up, anything that I set my mind to , I can do it and that mental break down gave me hope that I will never forget. It made me finally decide to write my first book. When I put forth effort , dedication and determination, I succeed and ever since then I just knew that being an Author is my calling. In this world , whatever you believe you will achieve . All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them. Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift of God, which is why we call it the present. As we grow up, we realize it becomes less important to have more friends and more important to have real ones. Don’t say you don’t have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to everyone else . Every single thing that has ever happened in your life is preparing you for a moment that is yet to come. I have struggled, I have failed, I have been successful. Success is better. If you will listen, I'll tell you what I know . I know that when you want something , you set a goal, you put forth effort , you fight for yourself instead of wanting everything handed to you and or done for you, you will have so much more when you make a way for yourself instead of looking to everyone except yourself . Other than the guidance, encouragement and support i received from a selective few of people , I had nothing. I had to get off of my own behind ever since I was 13. Let me tell you, it's not easy, never will be. It's just called living and learning as you go through things in life. You will always take a loss, miss opportunities or give them up, you will always have doubt within yourself but never will that defy you, just the way that you feel and think. Open your eyes by exploring , examining and teaching yourself about everything to help you have an understanding of what you're involving yourself in . It's never to late to change. Change comes from your heart , mind and your soul. It’s normal without a doubt. Dreams taught me never to doubt myself, by letting me do the impossible. Though shalt doubt everything before accepting them as fact. Never let critics pour misery into your cup. Never let doubters place hesitation in your steps. It’s the willingness to question, to reconsider, to be comfortable with ambiguity and paradox that will save faith from the hands of those who seem to know all the answers before they ever hear the questions.For all of my life I have thought less of myself to the point I let my crown fall off. That, is what made me the woman I am now. I'm wiser, stronger and focused more than I have ever been in my entire Twenty-Three years of being on this earth. One thing I can say about people is they are weird and funny acting. Treat them how they treat you without feeling bad , when it was you were you shown love or thrown away? EXACTLY! God, she's and hear what we can and cannot. Trust in him, have faith! He will open so many doors for you as long as your distractions, hindrances and preventions are out of the way and you're trying for yourself. Every single thing that has ever happened in your life is preparing you for a moment that is yet to come. Don't think you won't get through it or that you can't, have control and power that will cause success , not stress and destruction and that's the sooner you will be able to put every issue past you. Learn to love yourself first, instead of loving the idea of other people loving you. True love isn’t about being inseparable; it’s about two people being true to each other even when they are separated. Love is not about s*x, going on fancy dates, or showing off. It’s about being with a person who makes you happy in a way nobody else can. Happiness is not determined by what’s happening around you, but rather what’s happening inside you. Most people depend on others to gain happiness, but the truth is, it always comes from within. Often times we do not remember days, we remember moments. Keep that in mind with every decision that you make. Words or a choice that you make can stick with a person for the rest of their lives , causing many different emotions , thoughts and behaviors. Making someone feel like they are nothing to have someone else feel comfortable will always come back to you ×10. Live, Learn, Laugh ! Everyday is brand new day. Make the best out of the time you have on earth, time isn't forever. It has been said, 'time heals all wounds.' I do not agree. The wounds remain. In time, the mind, protecting its sanity, covers them with scar tissue and the pain lessens. But it is never gone. For what it’s worth: it’s never too late or, in my case, too early to be whoever you want to be. There’s no time limit, stop whenever you want. You can change or stay the same, there are no rules to this thing. We can make the best or the worst of it. I hope you make the best of it. And I hope you see things that startle you. I hope you feel things you never felt before. I hope you meet people with a different point of view. I hope you live a life you’re proud of. Because maybe, just maybe, the only thing that needs to shift in order for you to experience more happiness, more love, and more vitality, is your way of thinking. Our life always expresses the result of our dominant thoughts. Thinking is the hardest work there is, which is the probable reason why so few people engage in it . Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom. I think and think and think, I've thought myself out of happiness one million times, but never once into it. The mind is not a vessel to be filled, but a fire to be kindled. The world is a tragedy to those who feel, but a comedy to those who think. Make sure your worst enemy is not living between your own two ears. Failure will never overtake me if my determination to succeed is strong enough. You can choose to go back toward safety or forward toward growth. Growth must be chosen again and again; fear must be overcome again and again. Learn the difference between real love and the price of love then you will begin to come into your natural self , not who everyone wants for you to be. I grew up having to bump my head in order for me to learn ANYTHING was encouraged and advised after I dug myself a hole . My purpose in this world, is to be a leader , guider, inspirational and to live my life in success , growth and to conquer everything I ever said I would for my entire twenty three years of living. My own definition of leadership is the capacity and the will to rally men and women to a common purpose and the character which inspires confidence. A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way. Half our mistakes in life arise from feeling when we ought to be thinking, and thinking when we ought to be feeling. Mind is a flexible mirror, adjust it, to see a better world. It’s not whether you get knocked down, it’s whether you get up. The only limit to our realization of tomorrow. As we might be overwhelmed by the dictate of a mindset at odds with reality, and cannot get a grip on our unconsciousness, rather than curling up in the hive of uncomfortable expectations, let us cry out and unshackle our free will. Open the window of your mind. Allow the fresh air, new lights and new truths to enter. If we remain rooted in our integrity and envision life in its intense, original beauty, we can create an authentic mindset allowing us to surf freely on the waves of our aspirations. Life has a tendency to provide a person with what they need in order to grow. Our beliefs, what we value in life, provide the roadmap for the type of life that we experience. A period of personal unhappiness reveals that our values are misplaced and we are on the wrong path. Unless a person changes their values and ideas, they will continue to experience discontentment. In the fixed mindset, everything is about the outcome. If you fail or if you’re not the best, it’s all been wasted. The growth mindset allows people to value what they’re doing regardless of the outcome. They’re tackling problems, charting new courses, working on important issues. Maybe they haven’t found the cure for cancer, but the search was deeply meaningful. What is the source of Character Assassination?Jealousy. Jealousy originates from Limitation. A jealous person sees you as having a gift, skill, charisma, talent, or ability that he or she does not have. The mindset of a jealous person is manipulation. How does a Jealous Person manipulate? A Jealous Person controls a group’s perception of you, the Gifted Person, by possessing a group’s opinion by claiming you are full of fault. Never throw in the towel when it comes to yourself as a person , your career path and what you want out of life as you find things to be difficult, what you do is grow , prosper, conquer, etcetera. Fight for yourself! No matter how many times you fail, you must try again, and use your previously gained experience in order to win the next time. That’s how life works. Main is to never stop believing in yourself and who you are. If you don’t who you are, you must go find your true identity. You can’t run a race in vain, if you have no plans to win or finish it. Sometimes, all it takes is a poignant life quote to reset your mood and remind yourself what matters most.
