I think I figured out how to describe the immediate onset of hard labor to guys who might want to know for some reason.

Then take your fillet knife for your fish and put it in a flame. Wait for it to get glowing red hot. Then take it out and stab yourself in the stomach, crotch, and lower back 60 times. Once that's done, do it another 60 times, twisting the knife each time.
Then do that every minute and a half.
