✤ Sera ✤ Living in the in-between was harder than I had expected. On the surface, everything looked the same. I went to class. I worked my shifts at the library. I laughed with Lina, studied too late, drank too much coffee, and pretended my world had not been quietly split down the middle. On campus, Adrian and I were careful. Painfully so.
