Chapter 21 - Bio

POV - Felix

I was glad about how the morning went and I was excited for the second week of class and my first week of work. I had set everything up so my classes finished at 2pm everyday allowing for 4 hours of work from 3:30pm till 7:30pm.

On Mondays I have 3 hours of Bio starting at 8am and hour to do any homework coming from they class and have 'lunch' and then 2 hours of Statistics from noon till I had to leave.

though the uni and the mill were walking distance from the house they were not particularly close to each other so once I would have to Uber on days where Amelia couldn't drive me or where I couldn't borrow her vehicle.

"I will see you after classes Felix dont be late meeting me... I will wait but I won't be pleased!!" we both laughed as I hugged her good by and went into my first class.

The Forestry school was seperate, much like the cheffing school. It had classes which were the same as other degrees but instead of joining them for those we all would stay as a group of about 30 for all 3 years. That is other than form class on Wednesdays which is where I would see the likes of Philip. It made me nervous but also excited at the prospect of having more friends who I would see every day. But now a week into class I was ready to start trying.

I hadn't really talked to anyone there were people I had seen around and such but even after a week of constant classes together none of us had really been talking.

I took a seat in the class as the professor walked in. She was a sweet middle aged human with mousy hair and a cubby but cute figure. She wore a s**t tone of purple. She had introduced herself as Shirley last week but was also open to being called professor if we forgot "Okay all. Welcome to the second week. From now on there will be a number of projects and visits to sites taking place so I will be putting you in groups of three and you will sit together and work together on anything planned for class. eyeone get up gather at the front and I will say your name and a desk number."

I was called about halfway through "Felix Reid, desk 8" she yelled out and moved over there.

I recognized the girl next to me as being from my form. She hadn't spoken much but I think her name was Liv. she is a wolf I know that much and she is very tall and skinny maybe 6 foot. She didn't look like she had much strength behind her but being a wold that was probably wrong. She had mousy brown hair and a soft smile. I am sure she is not from the pack house but she smells as though she is from our pack.

"Hi, Liv is it? We are in form together. My name if Felix" she smiled at me and nodded signaling for the chair next to her.

"I know" she smiled back at me "I am also from the pack but I grew up in the city as my family all work at the mill"

"That's awesome, That's where I will be working too. Do you have a placement there?" she nodded at me

"yes I am Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays"

"Brilliant I go in Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We live near by on the edge of the pack lands and I will be walking in from there." I smiled She said she had a ride from he father who worked there but that it was their only time together as he worked the afternoons so I didn't ask for a ride.

after me a guy walked over with Bright blue hair, clearly dyed and as we locked eyes he smirked at me walking over and sitting down in facing us. the desks were a set of 4 facing each other. His eyes were as blue as his hair and he looked very handsome. I could see little bits of black sprouting at the routs of his scalp and a bit of black stubble confirming the dye situation. He was tall ish about 6 foot 1 and lean but not thin he was still muscular but not entirely built. I felt an odd buzz in my stomach and my wolf howled in my head. It felt like how I felt about Axel... But it couldn't be because I already had a mate... "My names Mark, I'm packless but a wolf like yourselves" he said putting out his hand to liv.

"I'm Liv Scott of black forest pack" she nodded at him and he turned to me.

His eyes were piercing through me and he is very handsome. I felt butterfly's in my stomach as he spoke and took way to long to respond "Felix Ried. I'm of black forest pack. I'm wolfless" he went quiet and looked at me with a lot of sadness but not the usual pitty "it's a real party killer right?" I laughed and he joined in.

"Felix, Liv it's a pleasure." he said smirking at me his eyes a shade darker than they had been. Weird dude but seemed nice.

Liv and he chatted calmly as I thought to myself. I noticed he kept looking over at me and it made my heart leap. What the fuck...

"Ferra what's happening?"

"I'm not sure I feel it too but I don't know. I havent heard of multiple fated mates before I think we need to work this out before we do anything else" She sounded worried but excited... Was this my chance to have a mate or would he want to reject me also...

At that moment the Shirley called our attention back to the front "Alright team that's everyone let's get into it"

I looked over and it was just the three of us which worked well for me. Because of the number of students a few groups of 3 were required and I was fine with being one of them.

The class went on between casual discussion and planning our first assignment I was really enjoying their company and was excited to have all my classes with them though I am sure our group will expand its nice to start with just a few.

As everyone was packing up I thought about how none of my other mates had the same lunch as me.

"I was planning on just smashing some bio study out in the library before stats and getting some lunch obviously if you guys wanted to join?" i asked Mark and Liv

"Sounds good" Mark said smirking at me again

"Yes let's go" Liv said jumping to her feet.

as we were walking I realised we hadn't spoken about marks placement and I was so curious if he was in the same as us or something else entirely "Mark, what are you doing for placement"

"Ahhh some milling factory thing? I'm not really sure. I'm pretty unfamiliar with the area so I don't really know anything about it?" he said calmly while rubbing his neck.

"Liv and I have the same. What days are you?" I asked knowing full well I was about to try get a ride so I didn't have to rely on Amelia or ubering... or at least that's what I was going to go with as an excuse...

"ahhh Monday, Wednesday and Friday" PERFECT

"Me too!" I said beaming "Any chance you drive?"

He looked at me confused "Yes?"

"You can give me a ride!! We can park at my house and then walk it'll be fun"

"Okay? That doesn't really sound like a question. I'd love to help you but you must be pretty desperate to hang out with me demanding it like that" I hadn't thought about how strong I was coming on but I wanted a ride badly and time with him was appealing. He c****d his eyebrow at me. It was very attractive...

"Thank you, yeah sorry I just got excited" I giggled as I texted Amelia not to stress about the ride that I'd sorted it.

I can't tell anyone about this possible bond yet. Or maybe I could tell Lauren but definitely not anyone else...
