To put it simply, Elsie Mae Williams was a nerd of the highest order. She was the kind of woman who lived with her nose perpetually buried in a thick botanical text, more interested in the photosynthesis of rare moss than in anything a human had to say to her. Her obsession with nature was, frankly, bordering on unhealthy, so it came as a shock to absolutely no one when she ended up stationed in the middle of a dense, shadowy forest as a government scientist.
Her mission was straightforward enough. She was there to identify rare, undiscovered flora that the government could synthesize into a new, groundbreaking pharmaceutical.
Elsie was perfectly content with this arrangement. She had her climate controlled research lab, her specimens, and a total lack of social expectations. However, her peaceful bubble burst when her research partner was found dead just outside the perimeter of the station. When she contacted her superiors to request a replacement, the response was a cold, bureaucratic refusal. Being the only researcher left on the payroll for this project, the weight of the mission fell entirely on her shoulders.
With a huff of annoyance and a pack full of gear, Elsie decided to trek into the deep wild to finish the job herself. She figured it would be a quick hike to find the specimen and get back to safety.
She was incredibly wrong.
Instead of finding the rare plant she was looking for, Elsie stumbled right into a trap. Before she could even scream, she was captured by a group of terrifyingly fast, powerful people who called themselves Lycans. She expected her life to end in some ritualistic sacrifice, but what she found was far more complicated.
Enter Brandon, Calvin, and Destiny.
The trio were the definition of walking perfection. Brandon and Calvin were essentially two bronzed, muscular s*x gods, while Destiny was a literal s*x goddess with eyes that seemed to see right through Elsie’s clothes. They were the leaders of their pack, currently juggling the heavy responsibilities of their people while desperately searching for their Luna. None of them were prepared for the scent of their true mate to lead them to a tiny, spectacled human woman with dirt on her knees and fire in her soul.
As Elsie looked up at the three of them, she realized she was in serious trouble. It wasn't the kind of trouble that involved teeth and claws, but the kind of pleasurable trouble that would keep her far away from her lab for a very long time. She was their little fireball, their destined mate, and they had no intention of ever letting her go back to her books.

*this is a stand-alone novel so you don't have to read the first one to understand everything, though it is preferred you read the first one before.*
⚠️ ??????? ⚠️: there are lots and I kid you not, lots of mature scenes in this book. So if you still choose to read it, prepare yourself but don't comment any s**t like "why is there so much smut in this book" because you have been warned. Also, there will be minor mature content, nothing too traumatizing or triggering but still, be cautious as some people get triggered easily.
