"You'll be safe here. I need to go make sure that everyone has been accounted for." I turn to go, but a hand grabs my arm. "Honey, you should stay here where it's safe. I'll go." My dad would take my place in a heartbeat. I grab his hand with mine and smile, "Daddy, I know you want to keep me out of harms way. This fight is mine, it is my responsibility to keep my pack safe. Plus, I can fly high above those bad wolves." I wink and giggle a little. I lean in and kiss his cheek. "I have to do this and I am going to be just fine. I promise." With that I jog back up to ground level. As soon as I give the word, they'll lock the bunker door from the inside. I can't risk my wings being seen by enemy demons so I shift into Angel.
