Small Cadre

The main character's father, gave him his gold chain that has a G symbol in the middle. He won world championship 8 years ago and decided to retire and pass it on to his son Sunny. His father has faith in his son that he can make peoples lives change for the better. That chain is very important to him, he cannot allow nobody to steal it. The father told him that he must defend himself whenever other people attempt to fight him or trying to take the chain away. Sunny promised nothing won't happen to it. The father felt confident for his son, he gave permission to go outside to walk to his friends house and his little brother went with him. When the two brothers was journeying to their friend's house down the block, he suddenly ran into a unfriendly visitor. Johnny is wearing sunglasses, and a shirt with a basketball in flames. Johnny thinks that he is more better than HE is just because he has a gold chain around his neck. Sunny explained to him that his chain is not ordinary, it is a symbol of confidence and he must protect it for his own. The new kid does not believe of what the son was trying to say, but since that speech got his attention, he wants to challenge him to a basketball game to see weather he is telling the truth about his confidence. Johnny is gonna make a 3 on 3 basketball game, and stated that his friends skills cannot best the sons friends. Sunny heard enough of the new kids lies, he accept his challenge, and then the son started to call his friends up to meet him at the basketball court so they can practice before the game starts. When the sons friends meet him to the basketball court, they were about to practice. But before practice, Sunny is going to pick basketball positions for him and his friends. friend in a black shirt and green pants is the shooting guard. Sunny's other friend named William, is the power forward, and the son is the point guard. Gary with the black shirt asked "what are we practicing for" to the son, the son says that we have a challenger on the way, and he is very competitive, He's friend replied, "oh really? He's very competitive? we'll see about that" Sunny and his friend both smiled, knowing that Johnny can't win. Anderson decided to play the referee for the basketball match. Sunny's training went well until Johnny and his two buddies showed up to challenge Sunny's and his friends to a 3 on 3 basketball match. Before they are all about to begin, the son remind his friends to remember our training we just did. Once the friends went to their basketball positions to the far right, there was silence. Sunny and his friends already know what they are gonna do, Sunny nodded his head to them, then his friends nodded back. The referee yells "BALL" the basketball goes up in the air and the son got the ball before his rival did. Sunny quickly passed the ball to Gary, he 360 spin over his man then quickly passed the ball to the friends with the green pants where his 3 steps close to the hoop, 3 steps.. SLAM DUNK! the sons team scores 2 points. Then it was the other teams turn.  has a plan if he passes the ball faster all at once to his friends, the sons team will tire out, but when the other team player got close to the hoop to make a slam dunk, the son jump up and smack the ball out of his hand. Shocked in surprise, the kid lost focus and the son takes the ball and make another score. Now since the sons team got 4 points and the Johnny's team has 0. Johnny is done messing around and then he made another idea. If he pass the ball to his friend and if one of Sunny's friends get close, dash to the right the pass again, shoot the ball and score 2 points. Continuing the game, Johnny passed the ball to his friend. Believing things that were going his way, Gary was getting close.  He quickly dodges Gary and then he ran forward and shoots the ball, SWISH! Now Johnny’s team scored 2 points. The score so far is 4-2. Sunny told his friends "we can’t let them catch up" Gary had an idea. His idea is to get the ball and score this time and the only way to that is when Sunny gets the ball, he will pass the ball to Gary will catch the ball and try to go for a 3 pointer. The game starts again, Sunny walked and dribbled the ball slowly forward and looked at Gary, Gary nodded and Sunny nodded back, then Sunny quickly ran and then passed the ball, two kids were trying to get the ball from him, *360 spin* avoided them both, then he suddenly got in front of Johnny, quick thinking, Gary passed the ball to William, when the other kids thought he was going to go for a slam dunk, which he didn’t, quickly William passed the ball back to Gary, Gary shoots the ball and then one of Johnny’s friends grabbed the ball before the ball swished to the hoop. When he got the ball and ran to the opposite hoop, Gary and William ran after him. Johnny’s friend was too fast for them, not even Sunny can get the ball away from him. Johnny’s friend shot the ball for a three pointer and then he scored. Now its 5-4. Sunny said to his team "lets just try our best to win this game* sunny and his friends agreed, and then they all continued the game. Through out the whole game, Sunny and his team were annihilating Johnny's team, Johnny even scored three pointers and his friends are moving faster and faster then before. The game now is 42-27. When Sunny and his team needed just 2 more points to win, sunny and his team could not go on much longer, they were getting tired. Suddenly, Sunny was getting ready to do a slam dunk. Johnny tried to stop him by defending the rim. By the time Sunny made a slam dunk it was too late. Sunny's team has finally won but Johnny's team was disappointed. Admitting defeat, Johnny congratulated Sunny and his friends for winning the basketball match and he was sorry for doubting his ability for playing basketball. However, unknown to Sunny and Gary not paying attention, one of Johnny's friends were sneaking behind Sunny's back trying to remove the chain from him. Anderson yelled "LOOK OUT" with that warning, he turned around and tries to back hand his enemy and missed. Their sneaky plan worked and Johnny and his friends escaped. Sunny, William, Anderson and Gary decided to go after them and get Sunny's chain back.
