It was past sunset when Scarlett came back to Fiery Falls, she swore she could see wolves run along the tree line by the road as she drove on the beat-up gravel road. It was probably patrolling wolves following her car, she thought it to be a little weird as patrol should have recognized the car and let her pass. As she parked the car by the packhouse she did not see the wolves anymore, it was so dark that she might just have been imagining it. She yawned as she walked in the door to the packhouse and walked over to the kitchen with slow and dragging feet, she was so hungry and tired at the same time.
