Dominic's POV
I knew Amaya was disappointed, so was I but I knew this wouldn't happen the first time. We didn't even know if he was seeing them but I was hoping it would work soon. As soon as we made it to my office, she went straight to organizing paperwork. I couldn't do much since she had my desk occupied.
"You ok in here for a few minutes?"
"Yes, I'm perfectly fine."
"I'm just going to see what Ace is doing."
"Go, I'm fine." she said and so I walked out of my office and straight to his. I didn't bother knocking and when I walked in, he didn't even look up from his laptop.
"Have you ever heard of knocking?"
"Nope. If you didn't want me in here you would have locked your door."
"What's up?" he asked as I sat down in the chair in front of his desk.
