“I wonder why she kicked you out.” Katherine couldn’t help but tease him about it. She was more than happy to see his starstruck face when Jilly told him to go out as well. Now, they were waiting outside of the room she was in.
“Shut up,” he grunted out, he felt desperate now he was outside. He wanted to know what they were talking about inside the room. He was also worried that they wouldn't keep their promise.
Not long after that, her doctor came along with another doctor who he believed was a neurologist. He hoped everything was okay with her, so he could announce the news of their baby. As soon as the thought of their baby came, Cayne stood up and walked to the room next door. He hadn’t visited their baby today because he was too occupied with Jilly.
