Six months later…
(Jessie’s POV)
Over the past six months, I’ve kept in contact with April through phone calls and text messages. We’ve grown kind of close, I think. I also think if we were living closer together, then we’d be even closer, but at least I can actually call her my friend at this point.
Last I heard about the fellas was that Austin, Conner, and their mates were still hunting down that nasty-a** poison with Greg and his mate. They come home every now and again, but they only get to spend a few days here and there.
Jake and Cassy are busy helping around their ever-growing territory, so they don’t get a lot of time either. Other than that, April has told me all about her mate, Alex (or Zander as she calls him), and her twin brother. Such a sad story, what happened to him. B
