Natalie wanted to go straight to the cafe when she noticed that there was a bookshop on the second floor of the mall.
She loved books, thrillers to be specific. She wanted to grab a new read and start reading as she enjoyed her coffee.
She was about to step into the elevator when she saw him.
Natalie froze. She didn't know what to do. She had chosen to avoid him but he is right here in front of her. He had seen her. He was not going to let her go.
Natalie got into the elevator and pressed the button. Jeremy joined her right in. Natalie hoped that someone was going to join them so that they cannot be alone together but no one did, they were on their own.
