I knew this day would come, seeing my sister walk through that door is heaven and hell. As happy as I am that she's alive, I'm sad that this is the end of a relationship I never got to enjoy.
I watch as Kagiso helps her carry her luggage inside, she looks around and when her eyes land on me, she beams and comes rushing towards me to embrace in a hug I never knew I longed for. I have tears in my eyes, I hold on tightly to her and a sob escapes my mouth.
"I thought I would never see you again" I say, holding on tightly to her.
"ooh I missed you so my rati, so, so, so much" her voice breaks and I feel the tears stain my shirt, and I suddenly feel guilty for slightly wishing she never came back.
