All in all, the cultural walk on Sunday afternoon, including the various final diversions, had made me realize many things, and on Monday morning I entered the office with a very relaxed air, something that I did not see printed on the faces of the other members of my team. They all looked rather frustrated, due to the disappointment of the way the investigation into Villa Brandi had been dismissed by their superiors. To take the situation back into my own hands and instill enthusiasm in the guys, I decided to summon them all to my room. I ran into Santinelli with a folder under his arm, containing the results of the interrogation of the Chinese.
"Ennio, I’d like everyone in my office in a quarter of an hour. Do you think it's possible?"
