As they walked towards her, he wrapped his hands around her waist, pulling her closer. Elena felt a small thrill run through her body, she looked up at him, wondering what he was doing especially in front of her. She saw the way Victoria’s face clouded with anger and spite, she didn’t look happy with what was happening.
Elena was about to say something when the door opened and he walked out. She now understood why Julian had done what he had.
“Grandfather” she heard him say beside her. When she looked at him, it was to see a broad smile on his face as if he were happier than he had ever been before. His hands hung loosely around her as they went closer. “Here she is, just as you asked. She was eager to anyway” he gestured towards Elena.
