We Were Never Just Friends

Elena sitting on the couch heard her mom calling her name, she ran towards the kitchen and found that her mom was bleeding, she hurriedly took her mom to the hospital to heal her wounds,the doctor told Elena that her mother suffered a big cut,Elena was sad and took her mom back home, then she warned her mom never to do anything in the kitchen,her mom was sad and said “but Elena, you work almost every time, you can't handle the kitchen work alone” Elena then told her mom that she could manage. The next day Elena went to work but before going,she made sure the kitchen was clean and cooked the food,her mom saw this and was sad and said only if I was strong enough I could have helped my daughter, but since I am old, I will have to calm down. Elena went to the court for her every day's job and as always no case for her then she had to go to the restaurant because she knows being a lawyer was a bad decision,so she had no other choice than to get other job. In the restaurant, Leo the manager said to Elena that “Elena why are you looking this sad, hope you are okay”, Elena nodded her head saying “yeah everything is okay and how are you” ,Leo said “well I am okay but don't lie to me, I know something is wrong”, Elena couldn't hold it anymore, then she told Leo that she is sad, she can't take her mom to the hospital for good treatment for her heart, he just keep on treating little wounds and cut, that happens due to her heart problem, Leo listened and was sad, then he said “well I could help, I can support you with some money for your mom's treatment”, Elena heard this and was happy and told Leo thank you very very much, Leo laughed and said what are friends for. Elena continued her work in the restaurant and the customers really love her and respect her for her hard work. She worked and decided to have a break, she said “hmm I should buy hmm maybe fries and juice, yeah I could save some money”, so Elena decided to go to the close store where they sell it,as she was going, she ran into a guy named Lucas. Lucas is a CEO of a renowned gadget company in their city, but is also a secret gang leader,no one knows except his friends, so Elena saw his face and was surprised and said”sorry sorry,so sorry sir”,Lucas then looked at the being standing in front of him having the guts to look right at him, Lucas was disgusted”eww he said, who the hell are you and how dare you step on my expensive shoe, don't you know this shoe can buy you, you look worthless and I am sure you are worthless, so leak it” Lucas said, Elena felt disgusted from the words coming out of Lucas mouth, then Elena said”I don't know who you are but let me tell you something to your stupid face, you are so characterless like who do you think you are,the president, governor, even the president have some manners, I am sure it is not your parents fault, you are just a mistake”, Elena said while she hissed, Lucas has never been so insulted before, he felt embarrassed and was shocked saying”wow this is the first time someone told me who I really am to my face, I am shocked and who are you to even speak wow”, Elena heard this and said”hmm well I don't think you will last 30 mins in my life so I don't think I need to introduce myself, thank you for nothing “,Lucas smiled and said”I love this attitude of yours and what's your name if I may ask”, Elena knew their conversation was gonna last more than 30 mins so she said excuse me, Lucas bodyguard wanted to stop her but Lucas stopped them and said “let her be, hmm I must get her”, Elena walked fast to the store scared and confident, then she sighed on reaching to the store and told the seller”I will love to buy fries and hola juice “,the seller gave her and took his money and said thank you, Elena said you are welcome. Well, unknowing to Elena that Lucas was spying on her, then he said”hmm interesting she is not even from a rich background but have such guys, so interesting,hey spy on that beautiful being, I will get her, someone like her is so scarce, she must be mine “,the bodyguard nodded yeah I will surely do that .
