Ezra I prepared to jump over the balcony to chase the man, but Eleanor held me back. “Where do you think you are going, Ezra?” She shrieked. “You don’t know who that man is. He can kill you!” I scoffed, contemplating between swatting her hand and going after the man. The academy compound was well secured, so I knew it was not easy for him to get in, so it will definitely not be easy for him to get out. “Beetle, the only reason I didn’t attack that man just now, was because you were in danger!” I hissed, then biting my lips, turned around to face her.
