Chapter 4It was odd to watch Drakein, the smooth, sophisticated executive I had lusted after for so long, hanging the bed linens and other laundry, up to dry. He had some strange game creature that was similar to a large rabbit roasting on a spit over a fire. He had already gathered an assortment of fruits and vegetables indigenous to this world on a platter for when the meat was done. I had been here a week now and my other life seemed so far away.
