Before I Met You

Chapter Seven

“ It belongs to the human girl who was standing outside the door to surprise her boyfriend, “ said the beautiful angel to the death reaper.

“ Oooo so you do recognize that there was a human girl standing outside the door. And yet I saw you teasing this human man when this human man already has a girlfriend “ said the death reaper to the beautiful angel.

The human young man heard the conversation between the man and the angel. He thinks that the beautiful angel is also human. However, the beautiful angel isn’t a human. Because, angels don’t have any physical form to take to be a human.

“ Wait, my girlfriend is like this ? “ said the young man to them.

The death reaper took a deep breath as he looked at the human young man. The beautiful angel stayed quiet while looking at the human young man.

“ Wait, all this time my girlfriend was here. And no one tells me she was here! “ said the young man as he had a dreadful feeling.

“ MY GIRLFRIEND WAS HERE and she heard me what I just said to you “ said the human young man as he looked at the beautiful angel.

The beautiful angel continues to stay quiet. She lowered her head. She approached the death reaper. And she whispers to him in a quiet tone. The death reaper heard what she said. He starts to smirk and also laughs at the same time. He also looked at the human young man and felt more disgusted.

“ Wow. This is so priceless. This human doesn’t know why his girlfriend was here “ said the death reaper as he looked at the human young man.

“ Oh my gosh! Hahahaha I get it now. I know why your girlfriend came here to see you “ said the death reaper as he started to hysterically laugh as he looked at this pathetic human man.

The death reaper looked at the beautiful angel. He was so displeased at the actions that this angel did to the human. He felt his book start to shine once more. He looked at it. And he was surprised to see another name on the list. He looked at the beautiful angel and the angel knew what to do or asked.

“ Excuse me young man, what is the name of your girlfriend ? “ said the beautiful angel to the human young man.

“ huh? Why you asked? “ said the human young man as his eyes were fixated towards her.

The beautiful angel took a deep breath. She couldn’t respond back. Because, she knew that inkling feeling.

“ Oh no oh no oh no! This can’t be right! “ said the beautiful angel as she started to panic when a name appeared into thin air that only she could see since she’s an angel sent by her superior.

The same inkling feeling she had continued to grow. A feeling that something bad happened. A feeling that a course of action has suddenly changed. And it was all her fault. She interfered with humans. She interfered with the life of one human young man. All she has to do is to grab his soul and send him to heaven. But, she didn’t do her job correctly. And now another life has to be taken away from him. Because of the actions that both angel and the human young man have done. This is God's way of punishing both herself and the human young man alike. The death reaper had a feeling about the name.

It suddenly popped out of nowhere from his book is related to this human young man. The death reaper looked at the human young man and the beautiful angel. He shook his head in displeasure. Before they left, another doctor came in.

“ Oh you’re up boy. Look here, we found a donor who would be able to save your life. You’ll have another year to live. Aren’t you happy? You’ll get to live another life with your girlfriend “ said the human male doctor.

“ I hope your girlfriend comes back. She hasn’t finished signing these papers “ said the human male doctor to the young man.

The male doctor handed the papers to the young man. The young man was confused as he looked at it.

“ Who is the donor that I’m supposed to have for my heart transplant ? “ said the young man to the male doctor as he had another bad feeling.

The human male doctor shakes his head. He also shrugs as if he doesn’t know the answer to the question. But, the male doctor knew who it was. He was promised by that said person not to mention her name.

“ Did you get to meet your girlfriend? I just saw her walk in the hospital. I greeted her. And she looked very excited. Like she was going to tell you something “ said the male doctor to the young man.

" When did you see my girlfriend? “ said the young man to the male doctor.

“ Just a few minutes ago. She came in to ask the receptionist your room number. And she had a bag that had something inside. Along with a bouquet of flowers for you. And there was a name card addressed to you “ said the male doctor to the young man.

The human male doctor responded to him. But, he doesn’t know that the death reaper and the beautiful angel were there watching. The items that the male doctor described were in the hands of the death reaper. The items were still floating in midair by the death reaper.

“ Oh dear. Look at your locket. It’s so pretty, can I see it? “ said the male doctor to the young man as he pointed at his neck.

The young man handed the locket to the male doctor. He could tell that both him and the girl had the same locket. When the man opened the locket, he noticed that it was cracked.

“ Sir, your locket seems to crack. I can’t tell who’s in the picture “ said the male doctor to the young man as he was trying to show it to the young man.

The young man couldn’t understand why his locket was like this. It was still looking new. He had the same locket necklace as his girlfriend. He has a picture of his girlfriend. While the girl, she has a picture of him. They knew the reason why the human girl came to visit. The beautiful angel felt someone was calling for her. And the death reaper felt that someone had recently had an accident that was far from this hospital.

“ Congratulations young man, I hope you have a great and happy life “ said the beautiful angel to the young man as she was looking sad as if she’s crying.

The beautiful angel wasn’t sad because of him. But, she was sad that someone else had to die for their mistake. And she knew who death came for. She disappeared and so did the death reaper. Meanwhile, as this was taking place; twenty miles away from Happy Camp Hospital, an accident had occurred. There were people gathering around to see what’s going on. They saw a female teenager around her fourteen to fifteen years of age. She had just recently started out of high school. She also appeared to be wearing a locket. It was a special locket that had a picture of a young man. 

The young man appears to be fifteen-years-old. She was still clenching her locket. She also appeared to be pregnant at this point. The people with cellphones took a picture of it. They even record what they saw and put it on social media. The young girl could still hear people’s voices. She was still breathing. And she was also clenching her stomach.

“ P-p-p-please s-s-s-save m-m-m-my c-c-c-child!! “ said the young woman as she still had some strength left in her when she shouted out really loud for people to hear what she had to say.

The young girl was tearing up. She knew right away that she won’t have enough strength to live on. But, she doesn’t want her unborn baby to die because of her. She had blood dripping from her head. The blood continues to drip from her face. She indeed protected her unborn baby but at the cost of her own life. Someone calls out for help for her. It sounds like a male voice. To her; it sounds like an angel. But, she tries to stay awake for the ambulance to come. She wants her unborn child to still be alive. However; no one could see what she was about to see. She saw two white lights. She thought she felt someone touching her hand.

“ What should we do? “ said an unknown female voice.

“ Hmmm, we could save her? “ said an unknown male voice.

“ But, are we supposed to interfere with someone who’s about to.. “ said the same unknown female voice.

An unknown male and unknown female appeared before her. They came from out of those lights. They felt like someone was calling out for help. Since, they could tell no other humans would help her. They both look around. They could tell that no humans could see them. Except for her. They both took a deep breath. The unknown female touches the human girl’s belly. She could tell that there was another life in her.

“ Look! This girl! She’s?!! “ said the same unknown female voice.

“ Yes. It’s most definitely she is pregnant “ said the same unknown male voice.

“ The unborn babies are still alive “ said the unknown female voice.

“ I could see that these unborn babies are still fighting for their life “ said the same unknown male voice.

“ Yeah I could see that in her belly there are four babies inside “ said the unknown female voice.

The human young girl starts to tear up. She was happy. She was joyful at the sound of what she heard. The unknown female and the unknown male felt that something was coming.

“ Come on! We have to hide! Someone is coming “ said the same unknown male voice.

They start to panic. And when they panic, they transform to anything. The human young girl couldn’t see anything. The tears were covering her eyes. And it still hurts. The unknown female and the unknown male vanished into thin air. When they disappeared, the death reaper appeared. The death reaper looked at her. He tilted his head to the side. He also took notice of the locket she was holding. It has the same design as the human young man he saw recently. He could also feel a purest white glow. It appears around the human young girl’s belly. He knew very well that this girl was carrying four unborn children. The death reaper sighs at what he found out.

“ This must be the human girl I saw earlier at the hospital “ said the death reaper as he scanned her from head to toe.

“ She is indeed beautiful. What is that human boy saying about her? “ said the death reaper as he continued to look at her.

“ I just don’t get why that human boy dates this beautiful human girl. They are dating and yet the man starts to flirt with every girl he sees in his line of vision “ said the death reaper as he took a deep breath at the same time as he shook his head in disappointment.

“ Humans are very selfish. They can’t even satisfy themselves. And they take advantage of everything. And they start to blame either things or people without taking responsibility for their actions “ said the death reaper as he started to become angry when he was thinking about that pathetic human boy.

As he was talking to himself, the human young girl looked at him. She couldn’t look up. She had so many broken bones. But, she was able to protect her unborn children. She uses her eyes to see what’s in front of her. When she felt that someone was looking at her, she could see a tall, beautiful and handsome man. To her, he looked like he was eighteen-years-old. A person who just graduated from high school. However, looks are very deceiving if you don’t know anyone. People could hide their true nature, but having them wear a facade mask. They would appear weak, fragile, innocent, etc. 

When in reality, there are people who are actually strong, manipulative, clever, cruel, ruthless, etc. under the mask. The human young girl starts to mumble under her breath. The death reaper saw her moving her mouth. He slowly approached her without having his powerful aura absorb any pure white light she had. He starts to kneel down as he wants to be at the same level as her. His hands were on the floor as he was on all fours. He still couldn’t hear what she was saying. So, he hovered over her body. He tilts his head forward to the side where his right ear is next to her mouth. So that he could finally hear what she was saying.

“ Iii d-d-d-don't w-w-w-want t-t-t-todd-die y-y-y-yet “ said the human young girl as she started to tear up once more.

“ I didn’t get the chance to spend time with my whole family, “ said the human young girl as she continued to become sad.

“ Why did I have to date that horrible man? “ said the human young girl as she continued to mumbles under her breath.

“ Of course love is so blind. It clouds my mind even when you end up falling in love with the wrong person “ said the human young girl as she continued to mumbles under her breath.

“ How could I be so stupid? I thought he was the one for me. Since, he always tells me he loves me everyday. He told me I was beautiful. And that he doesn’t care about my physical appearance. That he cares about my personality “ said the human young girl sighs.

The human young girl starts to cry some more. She placed her left hand over her eyes to cover them. She doesn’t want anyone else to see her crying. No other humans could see the death reaper. They could only see the human young girl on the floor. They could hear her speaking. They were also shocked to see and hear that she was pregnant. Among those crowded people, there was a small group of students who went to the same school as her and her boyfriend. They recorded everything that happened to her.
