You are Perfectly Imperfect to Me

I'm here at the airport waiting for my friend that I haven't seen for so long. It's been thirty minutes since I got here.

"Hey Sean!" Kurt my friend called out my name as he waves his hand.

He still an embarassing friend to be with psh. I don't know why we became friends.

"What took you so long?" I asked him irritatingly.

"Ask that plane then,  just kidding. Come on let's go to a cafe out there to fix that knotted forehead of yours." Kurt happily said.

That's so good to hear.

"Nice! That's the most lovely thing that I heard from you." I praised him with all my heart.

"Tss, it is not free asshole! You owe me a lot of stories about how you ended up getting married without me knowing it!" He burst out.

But I didn't felt nervous anymore since, I expected that it will be his reaction. I just feel guilty for being a bad friend.

"Calm down bro, don't worry I'll tell you everything when we get to the cafe."

"I'm still mad bro."

"Oh come on man!"

When we get in the cafe, Kurt hurriedly find a seat and settle our orders then he seriously  gave me a look that said 'start talking now!'

"Seven years ago, I met my the one you know. We get along together so we started dating. After five months we decided to get married. Then that's it I'm a married man."

"Oh man! Why did you skipped the honey moon part?"

"Asshole! After all these years, you never changed."

"Well,  I can't argue with that. So, where's my godchild? I hope he doesn't look like you."

"LOL, I'm more handsome than you.  And about that, we are processing the adoption of our first daughter to be."

"Oh shut up! What do you mean by adopt? Why can't you two just make some? How will your marriage works by that?"

"You know bro love comes in mysterious ways. We never know who will be the person that is destined for us. It will just surprise you one day that even though that person is not your type nor a gender you want to be with. You will just find yourself loving those imperfections of the person you love. And that makes him perfectly  imperfect to me." I said to him genuinely.

"H-him?" Kurt said shocked and dumb founded.
