“Tea?” a voice speaks to my left, snapping me out of my thoughts, and I look up to see Valeria, Kol’s mom, placing a cup of what smells like lavender tea in front of me.
“Thank you,” I reply, sitting up on the sofa and pulling up my blanket. I’ve been feeling cold ever since Kol walked out that door and the fact that he’s shut me out is making it worse.
