We enter the main room of the palace, and in the center is a long table set with golden plates and goblets. On the table is a feast of enchanted-looking fruits and vegetables as well as giant pitchers of golden Fairy wine. The other high Fairies are filing in silently, and as they take their seats at the table I notice how many of the chairs are empty. My stomach flip-flops at the sight, because I know that the missing Fairies have decided to follow Aurora. I wonder if any of the remaining Fae still support her. My plan will never work if she’s managed to keep her claws on this place and these people. Robin places a hand gently on the small of my back and I’m snapped out of my worried thoughts. He guides me to a seat next to his at the head of the table, and he pulls out the chair for me.
