The days after the attack seemed like a blur of activities for me. After everything was stabilised and the Pack was beginning to get stable by the day,
I was consumed with the need to find out who was responsible because the guards at the boundary were unable to discern what had happened and who had attacked them. The whole thing had been so fast that none of them were able to piece together what had happened and who had done it.
There must be an answer, I thought to myself, before straightening myself from the map that I was hunched over. On the map was the very detailed outline of kingdoms and Packs around us, and the possibility that any of them might have a hand in the attack.
