Waking up with uneasiness going down under is never the best way to start the day. It was one of the best slumbers I’ve had in years, a dream that’s one for the books but that unmistakable feeling sent a warning to my brain. I had to get up. I had to clean myself before it gets worse. I glanced at the clock.

I was careful not to wake James up. Although it was pretty obvious that he was a heavy sleeper. But the arm on my waist made it harder to sneak away from him. See, the guestroom didn’t have a bed yet. The only thing that Lily “forgot” to purchase. So we ended up sleeping on the same bed again. I wasn’t uncomfortable with the situation, I’ve actually grown accustomed to having to wake up with a guy on my bed only if the guy is him.
