I rolled over and looked at my alarm clock 12:45 Oh crap I missed lunch I went to stand up but got dizzy my head started swimming, I had to sit then lay back down my body felt light and heavy at the same time and my hands and feet felt like they were asleep, great it's my birthday and I am sick!.

that's what mom must've meant when she said I would be tired today I may as well roll over and go back to sleep if I know my mom she will bring up tea orange juice and soup soon, almost as if on cue mom comes in, but not with what I thought, she comes in with steak eggs and soda.

Sky; Ummm mom what's this I'm sick shouldn't I have soup

mom; that would be a no here eat this you'll feel better trust me 

she puts down the food and leaves with a quick you should get some more sleep, I sit back up eat my steak and eggs, and drink my soda just like mom said it did make me feel a little better my hands and feet still felt like they were asleep but my head wasn't spinning anymore, so I got up went to my half bath to relieve myself then went to get back into bed, when I fell asleep I had yet another strange dream one minute I'm falling asleep the next minute I'm sitting on my bed next to myself watching myself sleep it was freaky I got startled and felt a pull then startled awake. ugh, what the hell is going on I feel like I'm going crazy! 

I decided to grab a book and read for a while after about an hour of reading I was getting a bit tired again as I lay down to take a nap I suddenly felt like I was falling and then I was standing in a dark room, I looked for a light switch but couldn't find one my eyes started to adjust and I was able to see a bit so I decided to walk through the house it was empty but it felt bad really, really bad I needed to get home a woman who looked like mom came out of one of the rooms with something in her hand she looked at me placed down what looked like cookies and walked away two children were sitting in the Livingroom playing on the floor and a large man walking the halls just where the hell am I and that lady almost looked just like my mom but mom detests wearing anything that even resembles a dress this place feels so off I feel like I'm dreaming but this doesn't feel like a dream.

mystery kid 1; because it's not a dream

mystery kid 2; well that's not completely true it is a dream 

Sky; I'm sorry huh

mystery kid1 & 2: it's a dream in the sense that you are sleeping but it isn't a dream you would do well to remember that

Sky; okay and where am I exactly 

Mystery kid 1; oh this, this is the labyrinth

Sky; Ummm the labyrinth? well could you, I don't know guide me out of the labyrinth  

Mystery kid 1; No can do that you must figure out on your own 

Sky; but I thought you said you were my guides and you cant guide me out what kind of guides are you, oh you know what this is a dream you just said that okay I'll just pinch myself ..." pinch"..... Ummm okay let me try again "pinch" Ummm WHY IN THE GODS NAMES  AM I STILL NOT f*****g AWAKE WHAT THE ACTUAL f**k 

mystery kids; hahaha oh she actually thought that would work they're always so unprepared         "serious look" Good it means the rules were followed, now then let's go over a few things then we shall guide you to your test and when you've passed your tests you may return home

Sky; what kind of tests I just want to go home 

mystery kid 1; they're not so much pass or fail we just need to know exactly what your powers are, then we have to make sure that you can control those powers I mean you wouldn't want to get angry at some mortal and end up imploding them or something right that would be bad and also that would expos all of us we can't have that, if it is determined that you have no abilities you will go home if it is determined that you cannot control or are likely to be consumed by your abilities well ....... you get it nowhere have a cookie

suddenly my conversation with my mother came to me and kept running through my head.

I am not supposed to tell you this but you are my daughter, so I will tell you this much do not eat or drink anything you are offered oh and make sure you keep your head and don't get too scared it can get scary but it's necessary also try not to offend... what the hell did mom know, what do these kids mean mortal aren't I mortal so what I'm going to expose myself to what myself I don't have any powers I don't have anything fine then I should just be able to go home right .... right they're crazy why am I even here 

mystery kid 2; you know your thoughts are very loud and your mother was correct she wasn't supposed to tell you anything however all parents tell their children not to eat or drink but most of the children who come here have forgotten that conversation interesting, so no cookies then? 

Sky; oh Ummm yeah no, no thank you, what do you mean mortal I'm mortal also I don't have any powers I'm sorry you have the wrong girl

mystery kid 1; hmm I guess we shall find out huh, 

We started walking down this long hallway it felt never ending, as we walked I realized the two children looked like my little brother  Týr and my little sister Willow , they looked to be around 12 or 13 the girl had dirty blond hair that flowed down past her hips and green eyes she was small and fair skinned, the boy had long brown hair and brown eyes he was  small with an almond complexion , I started thinking about my family why did these two look like my brother and sister why did that lady resemble my mother what has my mother been hiding from us and why would she hide this, come to think of it I've seen pictures of my mother when she was younger I remembered seeing a picture of her when she was 17 and asking her why she looked exactly the same then as she did now, all she said was good jeans and smiled, she has long Black hair that goes down just above her hips she has green eyes or grey sometimes they're brown or black when she's mad honestly that's not normal whos eyes change colors umm nobody's that's who anyway she has an almond complexion just like me and Tyre , Tyre and I look almost identical to our mother the only difference is that Tyer is a boy and has brown hair and  I'm a bit more built than my mom where my mom is short at 5'4" and 100 lbs I'm 5'2" and 120lbs  I'm a bit fuller in the chest and a bit more built I have spent my life working out with my mom but she doesn't develop muscle like I do she is crazy strong if you were to look at her you would honestly think she couldn't hurt a fly but that lady is scary strong, where as me I have more muscle mass and I couldn't hurt a fly, hahaha then there's my brother Mani and my baby sister Rain they look a lot like Willow they have dirty blond hair only they have grey eyes and fair skin Mani keeps his hair fairly short and is 6' tall  whereas Rain has long hair and  .... we're here ,,,,hey ,,,, hey ,,,, Sky .... oh huh , hey how do you know my name 

willow look alike; because we do! we're here all you have to do is go through that door that, door or that door when one test has finished you will be transported back to this point the door you just went through will disappear and you will pick another door until you have passed all 3 tests when you have gone through all doors there will be another door that will be your final test, if at any point you lose yourself or are consumed you will not return home, that's not to say you won't wake up the council will go collect your body it will be placed in a secure area where you can do no damage and you will be returned to your body if you cannot keep yourself from being consumed in this state you will not be able to keep yourself from being consumed in your physical state, should you pass all tests without being consumed a fifth door will appear that will lead you back to your body on the physical plane and you will be assigned to a quarter do you understand 

Sky; Ummm yeah but if I'm not dreaming but I'm not awake and from what you just said we're not on the um physical plain then where are we 

Týr look alike; we are on the astral plane you couldn't even figure that our 

Sky; OH GEEEE SO f*****g SORRY FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO f*****g FIGURE OUT WHAT I HAVE NOT BEEN f*****g TAUGHT AND FOR NOT KNOWING WHAT HAS APPARENTLY BEEN HIDDEN FROM ME FOR THE LAST 17 f*****g YEARS YOU'RE SOOOO RIGHT MY DUMB ASS SHOULD DEFINITELY KNOW WHAT I WAS NEVER TOLD STUPID f*****g ME ..., anyway what do you mean assigned to a quarter

then they disappeared leaving me in front of 3 very large doors that look too big and heavy for me to even open a large Red door a Blue door and a Yellow door, ugh what am I even supposed to do now...
