Her Hidden Powers

The awakening

That night I went to bed just fine and fell asleep quickly as my eyes closed my last thought was and she said I wasn't going to sleep well, guess mom isn't always right.

that was the last thought I had before I woke up again in my room in my bed as I heard the toilet flush and went to see who it was but then I decided against it as I turned around and got back into bed I curled back up and fell back to sleep then I woke up again , again the toilet was flushing so I got up and walked out to the hallway and there was this strange little girl with dark hair and black eyes, I was terrified she looked like a baby demon she started walking toward me and I backed into my room never taking my eyes off of her, she backed me into a corner and turned into a beautiful woman for a split second her denim jeans and       T- shirt turned into a white dress with gold trim she grew into a beautiful woman with golden hair, for a split second I felt at peace I felt safe then she completely changed, her dress caught fire and turned blood red her hair caught fire and turned fiery red and I had the very real feeling of impending doom if this woman wants to kill me I am dead I knew it was a dream but a part of me was screaming that this was not a dream this was very much happening and this lady was very much standing here and could kill me any minute I finally found my voice and asked her who she was.

Sky; Who are you

mystery lady: I think you know Sky

Sky; How do you know my name

mystery lady: think about it Sky I think you know 

Sky; What do you want

Mystery Lady; Think about it Sky I think you know 

Sky; You're not real

Mystery lady; Are you sure about that

Sky; You're just a dream

mystery lady; yeah

Sky; you're just a dream you're not real 

Mystery lady; Yeah but are you sure about that 

Sky; Who are you what do you want

Mystery lady; think about it Sky I think you know

Sky; No you aren't real you're just a dream I'm going to pinch myself and wake myself up now 

Mystery lady; yeah but are you sure about that 

just as I was about to pinch myself I looked at her eyes her beautiful grey eyes and realized it was my mom    

and woke up terrified letting out a scream and as I sat up and screamed the mirror connecting my room to my half bathroom shatters

my mother came in almost immediately with a broom and a dustpan to clean it up almost as if she had been prepared for something to break and that she would need to clean it up I was still scared I know it was just a dream but it felt so real and something tells me if she wanted me dead I would be dead, and what's with the shattered mirror what happened I was so confused. I looked at my mom's eyes wondering if she and the mysterious woman were one and the same  

My mother finished cleaning up the broken mirror and all she said was oh it just had to be a mirror poor Sky you'll be okay I have faith in you but this, unfortunately, you must do on your own try and get some more rest, before she left the room leaving me on my own.

 I reached over and clicked my side light on figuring I would watch some TV when I looked up to see two figures standing next to the tv I wanted to scream but nothing would come out I blinked a few times and the figures seemed to disappear, must have been my imagination, I finally managed to fall back to sleep but every time I would get into a deep sleep I would be pulled awake and I would feel like someone was in my room with me or I would open my eyes to someone standing in my room then they would disappear it surprised me because my mother hadn't come in yet usually when any of us had a bad night she would be right there before we even woke up but tonight I was completely on my own and I couldn't even drag myself out of bed because as much as I hate to admit it I was terrified. 

What the hell is wrong with me! ugh I just had to think mom wasn't always right before I went to bed didn't I, It's her fault she went and put it in my head before bed AWESOME ugh this sucks I swear this has been the longest night ever
