CHAPTER 15
Friday promised to be just as eventful as the day before. Jack had staff meetings lined up on the new PetroMark and Consolidated projects, then there was Lindsay’s candidacy announcement, and finally a late dinner at Mickey’s to inaugurate his moving in.
Jack donned his charcoal gray chalk-stripe Brioni suit, crisp white Ike Behar dress shirt, and red print Robert Talbot silk tie. The look was stylish but very professional, appropriate for his business meetings and not too fancy for the political rally. It was a little much for the dinner at Mickey’s, but he would then, unfortunately, have plenty of other clothes with him to change into when he got there.
