Frank was summoned to Randall’s office to provide an update.
“What’s our guy in Madison saying about the McKay case?” barking his question as Randall most often did.
Frank pulled his notebook out and checked his notes before answering.
“From what I’ve been told, based on what they provided at discovery, their case must totally center around discrediting the evidence we planted. It’s going to be really hard for them to come up with conclusive proof to discredit anything the prosecution has to offer. My guy at DOJ says they have solid, hard evidence and the corroborating testimony we’ve provided should help.”
